“Took to long to ship after the payment was made”

“Someone put a Styrofoam brick on top of my ammo box, which tore open the box. The tear was big enough to release all rounds from the box, leaving them to roll around in the box during shipping. had to retrieve all rounds, scattered about from the bottom of the box. Please pack items, especially ammo more safely.”

“Outdoor limited is a good company I think I only ordered once from them and probably won't again. I realize that the order volume they have is very high at this time however I ordered 2-20round boxes of in stock ammunition and it took 3 weeks to receive. Sorry never again.”

“I made an order on Friday, then when I tried to cancel that order on the following Monday, I was refused the cancellation. It still took over 2 weeks to get my order. Will not be ordering from them again.”

“Wrong Item was listed on the Web site. I ordered and they shipped the wrong ammo. Cost me 36.00 for them to ship wrong item and than return.”

“When it comes down to the heart of things a company that provides goods and services should provide quality products that at the very least function as they are intended to. The quality of the product that was allowed to pass through the doors of Outdoor Limited and onto my doorstep was atrocious. Please take Sterling ammunition off your shelves, it’s a horrible product and doesn’t even pass as real ammunition. Do that and maybe we can talk about the speed of shipping which was good but doesn’t really matter if whats being shipped is not even worth shipping.”

“I did receive what I ordered, but I tried to communicate with their phone number provided and wrote to their email provided, and did not receive any communication back as they stated would happen. Probably will not order from them again due to this.”

“I know ammo supply is tight these days, but 3 weeks time from online order to receipt of shipment is unacceptable. If it is going to take that long, then at least inform customers of that fact.”

“It was fine,I bought ammo no it’s like you guys waited 11days to see if ammo prices would go up so you could charge me more money. I’ll order from here again after all the panic buying and price gouging and see how your service truly is.”

“I purchased some ammunition of a particular caliber, and paid. Then 5 mins later I realized that they also had supplies of the other caliber that I wanted . So I called C/S and asked them to add this new ammo to the order, thus saving me some on shipping. The CS guy said on the spot : Ths would be “impossible” for us to do . We are already packaging or preparing you order. And we “can’t do it” . I said you must be super fast there, because you didn’t even sent me an email confirming the order , and you are already packaging the order 5 minutes later? That sounds like bull manure to me . Sorry,we can’t do it . - Maybe you don’t want to do it but I certainly can look for some other sellers . In fact, that’s exactly what I’m going to do . Besides your prices are increasing by the hour . I haven’t even checked their supplies or offers since then. I found other sellers”
