“Prices are enormously high. It's my belief that you are taking advantage of the situation in Washington to jack up the price. All of our customers are walking out the door with nothing in their hand because they won't pay the ridiculous high price for the ammo”

“When I ordered they said I would get a text when my order was ready to be picked up, I never got the text to go pick up my order, When I look at the order status 3 weeks later it said my order was shipped?? I never received the order. Still waiting to see if my CC is credited.”

“Got exactly what I ordered. Was just stocking up a little on hunting rounds just in case major taxes are added to Ammo. I know prices have gone up some during this time but the prices here have doubled or tripled. I know gun shop owners and prices when they can get ammo haven’t gone up that much. Price gouging is rampant, but can’t complain about what I ordered or getting it in a timely fashion though.”

“To Whom It May Concern, Your turn around time is poor, and I do understand there's a shortage of stock but just to compare your performance (Ordered: 01/15 - Shipped: 01/24) to a competitor (BulkAmmo, Ordered: 01/15 - Shipped: 01/15). “After emailing Outdoor Limited about helping me out on combined shipping they made no effort to do combined shipping for me when I purchased ammo on back to back weekend days (Sat & Sun). The delay in shipping of 7-10 days after purchase gave them plenty of time to combine the ammo into one box and most likely cheaper then the single box shipments.”

“Took too long for the product to reach me. Shipping cost was way too high. Already paying for the demand of ammo higher than normal rates. When I reached out to support for the verification of the order, as it had been two weeks and still said processing, I never received a response. I will no longer shop there.”

“This order come in on time. Another order I had recently did not show. They told me I should lie to law enforcement and tell them the package was stolen so they can file a claim. The package said it was delivered to my garage. I do not have a garage. Odds are it got delivered to the wrong house so I’m not going to report it stolen. I was told it could take up to 4 weeks for a refund while they do an “investigation”. Still no refund on a $250 order. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Poor customer service.”

“Delivery was estimated to be 01/21/21. My package didn’t ship until 01/23/21. It is 02/01/21 and I have still not received my package.”

“horrendous customer service and ridiculously slow shipping and even when they say they shipped they haven't. Still had to wait an additional 4 days to even get a valid tracking number. That's after waiting two weeks for shipping. Always blame covid but other companies I order from only experience a slight delay. Will NOT order from them again. There are a ton of other companies that care.”
