“Outdoor Ltd accepted my order for 2 (50 count) boxes of 9mm ammo. You then issued a refund for both boxes of 9mm ammo. Not good business practice to accept an order for an item that is not available or maybe has gone up in price - above the price of the 9mm ammo in my order. Which is what I suspect happened.”

“Been buying stuff for a while now and every time I order the waiting gets longer for the package to come. This time it didn’t show up at all. I contacted OL after 2 1/2 weeks of waiting and they said the package was lost or stolen. After 15 days of a investigation they will let me know if I get a refund. I don’t get why they can’t just resend the order if they do find out it was actually stolen or lost. I want what I ordered.”

“I ordered 2 boxes of Maxxtech 9mm ammunition and 1 box of Norma .45 auto ammunition, I also paid for 3 items plus shipping. I received ONE box of the Maxxtech only, yet the shipping label was for the weight of the 3 items. A claim was filed, along with a phone call, immediately after opening the package. A response email was received 5 days later and a partial refund was given a few days later. I understand that ammunition is in short supply but to save the hassle, and reduce tensions, communication is essential when there is an issue at any point between point of sale and receiving products. At minimum, a tracking number should be provided within 24 hours of sale.”

“I was happy with your product the day it came. So I pulled up your e-mail invoice and was going to order a neither 1000 rounds, just to find out you price jumped $250. I was hoping that your Company was better then the rest wasn't follow others and price gouge.”

“Seems great so far:) I haven't shot all of it yet... but even the reman has done great! It’s a shame y’all, as well as so many others, are price gauging ammo right now. No one should have to pay double for toilet paper, paper towels, and ammo during a true time of crisis. Great ammo, but another company taking advantage of the consumer. If your prices were fair I’d give you 5 starts all day long.”

“Previously i have done well with Outdoorlimited.com but on this most recent order you sent me the wrong holster....you sent me a $14.95 holster fitting a Glock 26,27 when i ordered a $34.95 holster(HL50054) fitting a Ruger American 9mm...not to happy.”

“I found that your ammunition prices were way out of line. While I recognize that ammo is in short supply, that’s no reason to exploit your customers by bumping up your prices by 3 times the normal.”
