“Satisfied with my purchase but your shipping/tracking is terrible. My purchase came on a slow boat from China and It was impossible to track my order as your site indicated it was "In Route" but wasn't able to locate where it was and no other update was available. When my purchase was finally delivered your site said it was still in transit. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!”

“Got the wrong ammo took them awhile to get back to me. But it was over the holidays and with what ammo is doing these days it’s understandable. But I left 2 voice messages with only email responses and asked them to call me still no response to that.”

“In retrospect I never would have paid as much for ammo. In addition to the higher initial price, the shipping charges were exorbitant, and the product took 13 days to reach my location. Not worth it. Having patience will be my mantra. I recently purchased locally, 100 rounds of high quality ammo for a little more than half of the price of this product, which was only 50 rounds. Never again.”

“Disappointed that the shells I bought were not brass like pictured. Can’t use them at the range to shoot. So wasted $300 bucks. Lesson learned”

“Price ended up not being as good as they said, in comparison to other companies. Shipping was horrible!! When box came it was falling apart and two of the boxes inside were completely loose, bullets loose in main box. 5 bullets were dented or tips dinged up. Not impressed!!”

“I got what I paid for and it didnt take too long but I way over paid. I needed something for a new 380 and this was the only place I could find it. Price gouging left a bad taste in my mouth for this place.”

“Did not realize I ordered steel cased ammo. Our indoor range only allows brass cased ammo. Bought 1,000 rounds and have no where to fire this ammo. Asked if Outdoor would alow a return, even of only at the wholesale price. Alas they said no way. I’m out over $600. 😣”

“I have ordered from you several times and everything was perfect until this last order - #1067799 that I placed on December 10th, 2020. I never did receive this order although your status indicates it was shipped. I was given a FedEx number but when I check their status of the shipment they indicated they never received the package from you(Outdoor Limited). I did write to customer service just recently but have not heard back yet.”
