“The rounds I purchased and the service are 5 stars but the price gouging is ridiculous. 1.00 per round for 45 FMJ is just silly and abusing a national crisis.”

“Does not like any of my nine's. Just poor groups from quality Arms including a Kimber Target which was best. Still its worst ammo ever. >3" groups for first time ever on it. Worse on PSeries and 226. Lot of $, pretty disappointed I bought so much. Hope the brass last?”

“ammo shipped fast and the box is came in was intact. When the create its self was pretty beat up and one of the metal hinges was busted(but for old ammo it is to be expected). But when i took the sealed ammo tin out to inspect it I noticed that the seals on one side of the tin were all cracked. Bit of a let down cause i wanted to store this ammo long term and can no longer do so.”

“Not really your fault but UPS did not deliver my order. Took to wrong address and would not retrieve it. I put in a claim so hoping they contact you to reorder my bullets. You may want to switch to another delivery service.”

“My order was apparently lost by UPS.There was a 10 day investigation to locate my order.It was never found.I have been offered a refund.I think that Outdoor Limited is not at fault but now I will have to locate more ammo(not an easy task these days.)I cant really rate Outdoor Limited due to the fact that UPS lost my order.”

“The four 500 round bricks of Eley Target .22 LR ammunition I order were de-bricked so the individual 50 round boxes would fit into as small a shipping box as possible. Also, the box did not have any padding in it to protect the ammunition packed inside from careless, albeit normal, handling in the shipping process. My shipment was obviously dropped at some point because there was exterior damage to the box and several of the plastic ammunition boxes in the cardboard box were damaged as a result. When I called Outdoor Limited on the phone I left a voicemail but I never got a call back. I did however get an email saying that their Shipping Manager was notified of my complaint and they were sorry. For all you precision shooters out there, you know that target grade and match grade ammunition is expensive specialty stuff because of the way it's manufactured, the components used in its manufacture, and the way it's packed and shipped to the seller. So given we're paying a premium for that specialized type of ammunition, we have very high expectations for its performance as each bullet comes out of the barrel. In the end though, that performance can be ruined by poor and inadequate packaging for shipment to individual customers when the packaging won't stand up to normal shipping hazards. So given there's a significant ammunition shortage I guess it's a seller's market and I'm just out of luck. But hey, most laymen thinks that if the ammunition goes bang when I pull the trigger it all good, right?”
