“The ammo was a good value, but when it arrived it wasn't packed well at all. Two out of the three boxes of 22lr ammo were loose in the box. It's fun trying to get the ammo rounded up out of the box, No telling how many rounds fell out of the box in shipping. You guys need to pack the shipments better and some scotch tape would have been nice on the boxes.”

“Ammo didn't arrive, but looks like a UPS problem. What makes this a poor experience with Outdoor is they haven't communicated anything to me about the missing item case for about a week.”

“Sent wrong products, can’t send correct order due to shortages. Offered no real solution minus a refund which leaves me back at point A but with a lot of lost time. Website came highly recommended so I’m very disappointed. Wish I could leave a 5 star.”

“I ordered $140 worth of ammo, and I did not receive one item of what I ordered, and now you don’t have the order of mine in stock so I just get my money back and I have to make an extra trip to send your wrong merchandise back.”

“Only had .40 cal in stock (could have bought cheaper at Academy Sports) But I ordered here because they had 5.56 in stock, until they got my payment. I waited about 10 days and received an email saying they were shipping half my order and would refund the difference. I still haven't received my refund. I would not recommend at this time.”
