“I paid & was charged for 2 boxes of ammo. I only received one box instead but was still charged for 2 boxes. I sent an email about this and still had to get routed to the proper channel before I was refunded the amount for only the ammo I did not receive. I would have preferred to receive what I paid for but the resolution was satisfactory in the end. This was my first purchase with your company and this experience has made me reluctant to come back for a second.”

“The ammo is acceptable for its intended purpose. The service was really good - easy to order, prompt notification of the order, notification of shipment. But the unit price was DOUBLE that of a direct competitor. I know demand is high and my "standby" source had no remaining inventory. he election caused me to bulk up my safe. But this place gouged me where I could only marginally trade off the risk and reward - and it really hurt. I will time my purchases differently in the future and will be returning to another vendor - my old standby who has never gouged me so hard.”

“First time I ever purchased this brand of ammunition. It looked good and had a good reputation. I fired approximately 30 rounds through a Shadow Systems MR 920 Combat and had no problems. Then fired 10 rounds from a SA 1911 EMP, and when the second magazine was inserted, that first-round jammed the entire action, I was unable to unlock the slide and had to take the weapon to my gunsmith, who had to use a vise and a plastic mallet to free the slide. That unfired round was found to be oversized and could not be seated into the chamber of the weapon fully and that is what jammed the slide. I am in the process of checking every round in the six boxes I purchased to make sure that the remainder of the 124-grain red box 9mm rounds are okay. Just beware when purchasing this brand to check each round for the correct size before firing. Never had this happen ever before on factory-produced ammunition. Just a word of caution. I will update this post once I have finished checking the remainder of the ammunition, Thanks!!”

“I was very disappointed with OutdoorLimited because they advertised this cartridge as made of brass case but it is actually brass coated steel case. I want to hand reload my cartridge case and I bought 300 rounds of this that I won’t be able to use for reloading. Since there is no way to return I just have to suck it up and will not return as a customer.”

“Needed a new box of home defense rounds for my S&W M&P 9mm. Was the only place that had ammo in stock. But was price gouged. Shame on you outdoor limited. Normal price is around $15 for a box of 20EA. After your price and shipping and tax I spent over $60. Way to go.”

“Received someone else's product for starters. Once my order came in a few days later I was shorted a box that was "in stock" when I bought it. Had to make extra trip (25 min) to UPS store to drop off the returned product. Could've been easier.”

“When I ordered 4 boxes of ammo, the website said they had them in stock. I paid for 4 boxes. I got shipping notifications saying that 4 boxes had shipped. The day they were supposed to arrive I got a refund for 2 boxes with no explanation. The shipment arrived with only 2 boxes. If they didn't have 4 boxes in stock they shouldn't have let me pay for 4 boxes and expect 4 boxes to arrive.”

“I understand the fine line when it comes to ammo and returns, but I ordered incorrect ammo by accident and was not able to return it. If you are going to price gouge on ammo you should at least honor a return policy. Luckily for me I founf an HONEST ammo supplier that isnt price gouging and purchased what I needed from him. My whole family is avid hunters and target shooters and we will never purchase or recommend you to anyone.”
