order placed 9/09/2020 Item still has not arrived, now shipment has supposedly been lost. I suggested they cancel the Fed X shipment and reship that way customer gets their order as NOW its another 10 day wait to see if Fed X can find the shipment. NOT my problem and should not be something you would not be able to do to accommodate your customer.

Cases showed that this is old ammo, the shipping costs are way too high, price is way too high, no Veterans Discounts, this company is taking advantage of a Pandemic, seek life elsewhere!

The order came when it was supposed to and I got the items that I ordered. My issue is that I only got 58 of the 60 rounds of 223. Not the end of the world but really annoying. Outdoor Limited has yet to respond to my email sent to customer service.

Never got my ammo because they oversold their inventory. I got an order and shipment confirmation. However, if I would have not called after 10 days of order I might still wait! I got reimbursement confirmation but still didn’t receive the money back into my account. According to their customer service it might take 10-14 days! Point is I paid for something I never received and now have to wait to get reimbursed. And, the shipment confirmation was odd as well! How can you ship something you don’t have? The person who pulled the order should have raised a flag and I should have been informed that the product is not available. That would have saved me a week of waiting. On the bright side however, customer service was very responsive after I contacted them.

Order was a week old and when we contacted to cancel they said it can’t be canceled and then sent us an email with shipping info. I asked if I can refuse the shipment. Outdoor said I can but I will not be credited shipping. BUT.. it hasn’t even left yet. That was a Friday. It sat all weekend and wasn’t even picked up till Monday. Why couldn’t it be canceled while it was still there? We had to watch the delivery to refuse shipment. When it was returned they did credit the product minus the freight bill. BUT... it still sat there till the next business day. Still don’t get that. Not the level of customer service we provide where I work.

Tested the ammo. So far, 50% of the cartridges tested have been duds. Unfortunate but the old adage is true: you do get what you pay for.

Email response was slow and late. No updates. My order just showed up. I sent an email for status and two days after I received the order a reply was given. very poor service and notifications.

After paying them. Then waiting over 3 weeks, They cancelled my order because the product wasn't really on stock. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a credit. I won't use them again.

I don’t know about the product yet I ordered it on the third it is now the 25th I still have not received it will get back to you if I ever do receive it

Shipping was a mess. I was emailed that shipping was done but it didn't move, according to tracking, for several days.... Almost impossible to plan on arrival date.

Price is outrageous! I paid it because I could not find ammo. I recently found that same box at a local sporting goods store for less than half!! Gouging prices should be against the law!!!

Took over a month for delivery. Order was missing 10 boxes of 22 magnum. Was clearly labeled "in stock" when I ordered it.

Couldn’t find out anything about the shipping. I called the customer service and a recording stated they would call me back within 24 hours. That didn’t happen. When the order was shipped, or at least they said it was shipped UPS. had no information on the shipment. I was in the dark until a couple days before it arrived. The purchase was fine, but the contact and shipping definitely needs work. I was disappointed .
