“Time are rough but taking two weeks to let you know what you bought was over sold is ridiculous. Bought 1500rds of barnaul 7.62x39 to find out I need to get it else where.”

“Website showed plenty of ammo in stock when ordering. 2 weeks later they canceled my order because of lack of inventory. Get your website sorted out, ODL. I could have ordered from somewhere else during that 2 weeks of waiting.”

“So in terms of customer service with Outdoor limited I am very pleased. That is why this is a 2 star not a one star review. They responded to my emails quickly and promptly. However in terms of the product which was the mil surp ammo I am disappointed. I fired 7 rounds and every one was a half second hang fire. Basically useless ammo for anything but trying to pull the trigger as fast as possible.”

“On 7/23 I ordered 5 bottles of Trailboss powder. On 8/3 the package arrived. Inside the package was 5000 large rifle magnum primers. I contacted customer support. They requested 10 days to investigate and he problem. On 8/18 I still had no resolution. On 8/20 I contacted them again. Still no resolution because they couldn’t figure out how to return the HazMat shipment. On 8/26 I was asked to keep the primers for a small fee. I explained that I don’t have a firearm that uses those primers and that I’d really like what I ordered more than a month earlier. On 8/27 I received an email saying they were refunding my money. No word on what to do with the primers I can’t even use. No attempt to get the powder that I ordered. On 8/29 I received an email from UPS asking me to check with my neighbors to see if my package had mistakenly delivered to the wrong house. This company wasted 5 weeks of my time and then tried to file a fraudulent lost package claim. At least they refunded my money. I would not recommend this company as they do not operate with integrity.”

“Sorry, but it has not been a good experience. My order never arrived. I've contacted FedEx and it appears to be their fault, they can't find it. But no one from Outdoor Limited bothered to find out if the package was received or not. Going to have to file a claim.”

“The purchasing was good, but when the product came there were only 100 rounds in the box. I ordered and was charged for 500 rounds. I sent this into your company and have still not seen a response on when the other 400 rounds will be shipped. Can someone please advise when i will receive the other rounds?”

“The item did not arrive according to your notification and you sent an email stating not to inquire about the shipment (status,etc..) because it would further delay the shipment, didn't know whether it was shipping or not shipping or was lost?, your system needs work, thanks”

“I know that times are difficult.... but.....I ordered three boxes of ammo which were in stock.....only received two boxes.....no communication from seller as to what happened....if I was reimbursed.....no action until I called...... bad customer service......it’s easy to just communicate with your customers.....”

“I did not get the bullets I ordered. I did email you early last week and did not get a reply. I ordered 2 boxes of Maxxtech 380 Auto Ammunition 95 Full Grain Metal Jacket. You sent me Armscor 9mm 115 GR Full metal Jacket. 2 boxes Attached is a picture of the bullet box and invoice. How do I go about getting the correct bullets?”

“I ordered 200 loose rounds of Nosler SSA 6.8 spc ammo with ammo can. Problem was there wasn't 200 rounds in the can. Although it's probably not outdoorlimited's fault it's still aggravating considering the cost of ammo.”

“Beware. The world is what it is. This once great company has failed. Y’all read 5 star reviews. Use the filters!! I got screwed. Now I have an 80$ member ship that is just shit!! No guarantee you will get what you order. F$&& the demand or virus. When demand hits?? Make the business flow. Not crash.”
