I understand that your vendor shorted you, but you took a long time to tell me that and took over a week to refund the money. Shipping was already set and product was 2 weeks late when you told me what happened.

I can only pray that after the coronavirus they get their business together, because I understand the virus has delayed the shipping process by 10 days, but when I got my order it was the wrong product. Wasn’t similar in any way. And I hope they refund because as of this moment they’ve stolen $200+ from me because my product was $200+ more than what they actually sent me. And until they take this product back and refund me, that’s what reputation they’ll get from me.

Well if i wouldve gotten the correct ammo i wouldve gave this a 5. Also i still dont have any information on when Ill get the correct ammo. Said I would know something in 7-10 days. We are on day 8 or 9 depending on when they started counting. So hopefully ill know something soon.

Shorted me on my ammo order and I’m still waiting to hear if they are going to fix it or not. No one answers when I call their number so customer service isn’t their strong suit.

FedEx damaged the shipment and returned my order to OutdoorLimited before it was delivered to me. Unfortunately, my order was not replaced or even offered to be replaced and I was refunded without any opportunity to evaluate what might have not been damaged and still offered to me in a reduced order.

It took nearly a month to receive the ammo I ordered. I payed extra for 2-day FedEx delivery, The ammo was shipped on a Friday, and not delivered until the following Wednesday. I should get a refund on the shipping. The order was charged to my Amex account immediately after placing the order. I was informed by Email that it would take up to 21 days to process the order. I should not have been charged until the order was shipped. Very poor service.

I accidentally ordered the wrong quantity. 5 minutes after I placed the order I realized my mistake and called and left them a voice mail explaining the situation. Didn’t want to cancel order, just wanted to correct the quantity or even substitute some of the quantity ordered for a different caliber. They replied the next morning and said they couldn’t make any changes or cancel the order. I would understand if the order was fulfilled or shipped already but it wasn’t fulfilled for nearly 14 days from the date I placed the order.

The shipment tracking app provided did not work. Very hard to get in touch with Outdoor limited. Not sure I would buy from the side again.

Customer service was great but i never received the product. UPS returned to sender, and it wasn't resent in time for the event where I needed the ammunition. Customer service was very helpful and polite, however.

Product never arrived. Not the fault of outdoor limited. But still waiting on refund. Very unfortunate. Customer service has been responsive. Will give them another try after refund.

I got most of my order I guess. I didn’t get the Aguila shells. I don’t know how or when shotgun shells were actually .22LR. Maybe my next order will be 100% correct, instead of 2/3rds.

Wrong product shipped. Email to customer service about the error has yet to be answered. Not a happy camper at this point.
