“I was shorted on my order. I ordered 4 boxes of cartridges, and charged for 4 boxes, but only received 3. I went through the trouble, per OutdoorLimited's request, of photographing everything to show (including a packing slip that showed the weight of the shipment) I received only 3 boxes, and after a week I still have not received a refund. Maybe I'll receive a refund later, but it's been a pain.”

“I paid $1 for over box shipping and it shipped without it. The ammo count was correct, however one of the boxes was ripped open because the box fell on one of the corners. Not really q big deal because its $1, but kinda frustrating.”

“After purchasing 5 boxes of ammo online with a delivery date given, I stopped looking for ammo. When the delivery date arrived, I received an email stating the ammo was not available. Some online dealers tell you either that they will have the ammo by a certain date or that it is not available. Had I known they would not have the ammo, I would not have committed to buy from them.”

“Selections are terrible. Some ammo isn't available and the prices are very high with ammo on your website. For me, the only ammo I can find at a reasonable price is 7.62x39.”

“Outdoor Limited charges sales tax on the SHIPPING amount. This is not right in ANY sense. Shipping is substantial on heavy ammunition and other items. This increases the sales tax amount a LOT. Customers should not have to pay tax on shipping. Shipping is not a purchase. This is a terrible business practice which punishes the customer. I ordered from Outdoor Limited only because my normal supplier was out of a particular item. This is my first and LAST order with Outdoor Limited.”

“I ordered on 7/2/2020 understanding 7-10 delay. Product listed as in stock the item has been deducted from my bank account. As of 7/25/2020 I've not heard a word and the ammo is still listed as pending. If there was an error and the item was in fact not in stock a courtesy notice would be sufficient but I have no idea what is going on with my order. I suspect this vendor will not be used in the future.”

“Last two orders the ammo was not securely packed had to ziplock bag 80% of ammo because it was all busted up. Part was shipping people but was packed way to loose”

“10 days to ship. Another 3 days to deliver. Package had burst open at the top. All five 100 count boxes were broken with contents spilled due INADEQUATE packing materials. Fortunately, no ammo was lost or damaged.”

“They have been great in the PAST ....... (Note - I did say PAST) Right now, with the ammo shortage, they are price gouging the BeJesus out of poor souls !! I know for a fact that the manufacturers have NOT increased their prices in excess of 100 % as OutdoorLimited has done. $165 case of 1000 9mm in January, and now they're wanting as much as $ 429 for the same case.”

“Purchasing was easy and a good deal, but shipping has been a nightmare. Received an email instructing me to confirm my address before my order can be delivered by calling, despite my confirmation of the differing billing and shipping addresses while placing the order. I have called several times to be met with an answering machine, and have not talked to an actual person about it yet. I have been waiting for practically a month, with updates being few and far between, and very vague and not particularly useful. I ordered my ammunition early for the express purpose of it arriving before my rifle, but am still waiting. The rifle had a delay in shipping but adhered to the company estimate. I understand that things are slower and more chaotic as a result of COVID-19, but a month seems excessive, especially for an order of over $100.”
