“I’ve never received my package, FedEx admitted they delivered my package to the wrong address. They’ve been giving me the runaround for almost 2 weeks now and I have called you guys leaving a voicemail explaining my situation with my name number and order number saying please call me back and no one has ever called me back yet. I paid $164 and got nothing”

“ordered 2 magazines and only came with one. I did call and after being told I need to take a picture of package and showing my item. I did receive the other mag in the mail a week later”

“Extremely over priced but could not find any ammo. There cancel policy is kinda bogus once order is placed no cancels or changes. Took week to process but after a couple days tried to cancel said since they process so fast can't cancel order but I could refuse shipment and pay return shipping but wasn't going to waste any more money. Will not order again better to be without ammo than buy from here.”

“Charged Sales Tax on shipping. Only provided the product, but charged Sales Tax on shipping provided by others. I told them I would use that extra dollar I paid to advertise for them.”

“The ammo was good. However it took almost a month to get here and it got delivered to my neighbor. That is unacceptable. I panicked when I was alerted that it was just delivered to my door and when I checked it wasn't there. My neighbor was kind and brought it to me but now he knows I bought ammo.”

“Ordered 1 box of ammo and it took 3 weeks to deliver. When it showed up, it was not what I ordered. Wanted the order corrected and they send you a link to another person to fill out the complaint and it still hasn't been fixed and no contact. I would hope this is a fluke, but the lack of response in correcting their mistake is what is puzzling.”

“the shells arrived leaking silicon buffer. When I contacted outdoor limited they said that's not their problem it's a known issue and to contact Remington. Since I had requested my package be double boxed there is no way whoever boxed the product up did not notice this. It was like somebody dumped quarter cup of salt in the Box.”

“The item I ordered said “in stock” however I received an email saying it was backordered 5-7 weeks. They should have listed it as backordered. I only ordered it from them after searching for a long time and was excited to finally find someone who supposedly had it in stock.”
