“Box arrived totally smashed like it was dropped from at least six feet, and more than once. Even a third of the individual ammo boxes themselves were open due to the mishandling/poor packaging and the " fall(s)." It also appeared to have been subjected to water. I am not bothering to return it but I will look far and wide next time before I order.”

“While waiting for order to ship, rec email to confirm billing n mailing address unable to reach customer service x4 calls set email, never received order, still waiting, no offer to replace no refund till investigation is done... Due to delays in customer service all by email experience is not good, will look elsewhere when the lost package is found n delivered or determined to be lost and refunded, as of now I am stuck in limbo. NO blame for lost package its out of ur hands, the lack of replacement is lack of customer service. NEVER DELIVERED LOST TO DATE.”

“Placed an order for 3 100-round boxes of Tula 7.62X39. They said it was in stock on AmmoSeek. It was in stock, but after the order was place (a day later) I was told it would take 5-6 days to ship because of the backlog in shipping. That sort of problem should be addressed up front when the order is placed. When it was finally shipped, I received a box full of three busted up 100-round boxes of Tula ammunition that was literally rolling around in the shipping box, along with some cheap cardboard packing material, and the shredded Tula boxes. Now I know that Tula is packaged in cheap, thin cardboard boxes, but so does everyone else in the world, including the shipping department. Some basic effort should have been made to package the ammo boxes so they didn't explode when the moron truck driver drops them 3 feet when loading and unloading the truck. On the positive side, I did get what I ordered.”

“Order was delayed due to total being over a certain amount. No notice on website about this, nothing during check out. Did not recieve everything I ordered, even though it was un stock when I ordered it and payment was taken from my credit card the day order was placed. No notification that order was not complete. Found out when I received order and in shipping/pick list was hand written refund for 1 case. Still waiting on refund and it's been a week since email about it. Should have been refunded when shipped. Not happy with customer service. Prices are fair.”

“I’m glad I bought the ammunition but didn’t appreciate the price gouging. I buy 1000 rounds of Sellier & Bellot 9mm at a local gun store for $210, but the panic buying forced me to look online and paid almost twice as much with Outdoor Limited. Ouch!”

“Took forever to receive the product. A week before it was processed and another three to ship. Half snotty email back from asking why it took so long to package five boxes of ammo. Not my best service by far. Oh the ammo was fine”

“First time customer and thought I'd give you folks a try and was not impressed. Ordered same product from Natchez to try and they shot very good in my Rem 541s. Received them within 5 days of order---they ran out and you had some available. After order it seemed like you folks went into Witness Protection---don't call us it will delay order---don't e mail us it will delay order---then you went dead. Almost 2 weeks to receive order finally. Suggestion: if you cant ship within 1 to 2 days advise customer instead of hanging him out to dry. The next part of review asks was your delivery on time---How do I answer that one since I don't have any idea what on time means to you folks----I can only guess don't you think?”

“Not good. Sent me someone else's Order. I had to contact them several times to receive a reply. Then told me I have to arrange to return the erroroneous Order which they confirmed was 100 percent their error (my purchase price was only approximately $50.00 which means their cost was likely $25). So all this running around, and several weeks later, still no ammo. Would not recommend.”
