“Shipping shouldn't cost more than the item being shipped”

“I paid for 7 (50 round boxes) of Tula amp and received only 6. I e-nailed the company and after several pictures and e- mails they still haven’t replaced Or credited me for the missing box of ammo. They told me they were going to investigate how this happened and if the box had been open. I told them the box was intact and sealed. Recently I suggested they check the shipping weight label to tell if there were 6 boxes or seven (7) shipped by weight. Each box weighs several pounds and it should be Easy to determine how many boxes were packed.”

“It took 3 days longer to receive my package from OL than it did from another large on line store. I ordered the same amount of ammo and the same brand at the same time kind of just trying to gauge which one I would be future business with. Not only did it take 3 extra days but the package from OL had 3 of the 10 ammo boxes open and one of them was destroyed and ammo was loose inside the package. I normally wouldn't blame the company for the way a shipping company handled packages but in this case OL did not take any special precautions to make sure the boxes of ammo wouldn't jossel around in the box and possibly break open like it did the other company not only packed it tightly with a large air bag to take up the negative space but they shrink wrapped the boxes of ammo inside the box as well to double make sure the boxes would not jossel around and possibly break open. I can't say for sure if I'll ever do businesses with OL in the future I guess it would really come down to price and availability of products and in this case they would have to be significantly cheaper on the product for me to consider them again. I suppose all in all I'm satisfied with the order kinda the way your satisfied with ramen noodles when you want beef fajitas.”

“I Purchased 500 rounds each of 9mm and .380 ammo. The total weight was 27 pounds. It was all stuffed into a small box that broke open in shipment resulting in 4 missing boxes. I have been brushed off by your company for over 2 weeks on getting the missing ammo replaced. I'll be filing a challenge with my Credit card company. Maybe that will bet you moving.”

“I waited for nearly 4 months for the produsted I was waiting for to come back in stock. When it did I Ordered 4 boxes of 50 ct. Fiocchi .223 Vmax 55gr polymer tip. Receivered 6 boxes of .32 S&W Long. Customer service responded quickly but the shipping manager took about a week to get back to me. Once I finally heard back they no longer have what I wanted in stock and just told to mail back the wrong order and I would have to receive a refund. Won’t do business again.”

“Company was ok but could be way better. So i bought items had it already in system. Then i bought other items not more than a half hour later. They couldn’t invoice that out as one so i got charged shipping on two. Then fed ex was to deliver them to my door but decided they would hand them as in both orders off to usps then they charged me as well. So a $150 order cost me $50 in shipping fees and by the way both packages shipped the same day”

“Was never notified about them needing a copy of my FID. Order sat for two weeks without them reaching out. Once I contacted them and provided the information, it was shipped rather quickly. Still disappointed it happened like this.”

“Box arrived in timely fashion + Packaging damaged resulting in one box of .22 broken - 72 rds missing due to insufficient taping - Notified Outdoor Limited immediately complete with photos and told they would "take care of it" but it's been a week and I have not heard a word since - Still waiting for this to be made right on day eleven -”

“Not received at this time. No fault of Outdoor Limited. FedEx apparently jacked up the shipping box. As far as I know it was returned to Outdoor Limited. No other notifications as of yet from them. Only know cause of the tracking of the shipping label.”
