“Not impressed with this ammunition at all for something has called super extra was thinking it would have a little more to it and it would be able to open the action on my pistol jams every time. Single shot ammunition!!! Wish I wouldn't Of bought so much! I have used this brand of ammunition in the past and worked excellent. But this is definitely not the same.”

“My last order showed up with holes in the box, and several of the boxes of ammo were open and loose inside. I had to count through a couple hundred rounds to find out that several rounds of 3 different calibers were missing.”

“I did not receive one of the items I paid for. I notified outdoor limited. I was told to take photos of the package I received and to send them to another department. I did this. I never heard anything in return.”

“I did not receive part of my ammunition order. I called Customer Service and left a message yet nobody has returned my call. I would think when shipping ammunition you would be more diligent in accuracy and follow up on messages you receive.”

“I submitted my order on April 3 And It Was suppose to arrive on the 13 of April but it never did . I had to call and fine out they never shipped it. They never called me or email me to let me know any thing about it . my order finally arrived on the 2O I was a little disappointed but it also was my first time using this website. Am not sure I would use then again”

“Not happy with your company’s choice to engage in price gouging. When you basically double the price of something for no other reason than a health pandemic, that is price gouging. I used to recommend your company to all of my firearm friends. Pretty hard to do that now.”

“not very accurate and back of cases swell in a Ruger GP100 making ejection very hard. have to try in a Ruger Mark II next and a Smith 22. maybe will be better. CCI and winchester were no problems in the gun.”

“My order was cancelled the day before I was set to receive it. I did not receive an explanation or even given the opportunity to simply have my order delayed until it becomes available. My review is only poor and not very poor because I got my money back.”

“I ordered the ammo listed below and received 200 rounds of 223. I notified your company of the mistake on April 13th and sent requested photos of the order and package to David McMurray that same day and as yet have not received any information regarding this matter. Until this is resolved I can not order anything further.”

“If you do listen to customers' reviews and recommendations, please add one or two dedicated CSR to your team that answers phones and emails. I also recommend the person be VERY knowledgeable about the industry and what you sell, not just transfer the phones to other extensions and we never get a call back . There has been one time that I had called that with my luck a person ( I think Matt) picked up the phone and was helpful. That has been the ONLY time. My two cents. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears like other recommendations that I have done. Edward”
