Ordered 45ACP ammo. Received 9MM Ammo. Waiting for return auth or refund... Seems like customer service is slower than molasses in January.

I understand OL is very busy with COVID-19 but my emails have been ignored. When I finally got an answer the reasoning for the delay was COVID-19. However I have a couple friends who have had issues and got same day assistance even during the COVID-19 outbreak.

They left an item up for sale on their website after it had already sold out. After waiting a week for my order to ship it finally arrived three days later with 250 shotgun shells I paid for missing without a single word about only part of my order shipping, or an assurance that the rest was on the way. After emailing customer service I was told to send pictures of the package I received to the shipping manager. After waiting a week for a response from the shipping manager I was told the item I paid for was out of stock, and I was issued a refund for the part of my order that didn’t ship without being given the option of having a different brand that has a similar price shipped to me instead. There was no hesitation when taking my money for a product that wasn’t in stock, but I have to wait 3-5 business days to get the money back that I wanted to spend on ammo. This seems like a very backwards and terrible business model.

The staff at their location was friendly, however I had to place an order online for items they have in stock in the back. It has been over 3 weeks and my order is still “pending”.

I paid for the product and was issued a fedex tracking number only to find out the ammo was out of stock 7 days later. I am getting my money back but that takes an additional 4-7 business days. I understand how busy they are in these times, but the site should not have let me purchase if it wasnt in stock. I will try to purchase something else soon, but I have to see if I can tie up money for 2 weeks if product is purchased but not in stock.

Waited ten days for my order and received a notice that the order was cancelled because they oversold the product. There were hundreds in stock when I placed my order. Where did they all go? No attempt was made to rectify the situation or compensation for the trouble. Poor service.

I got an email saying the ordered shipped, 3 days later I recieved another email saying they are canceling the order because no stock? Not sure how that works but at least I'll be getting a refund.

Seriously, you want me to review something I haven't even received? Its been marked as shipped since the 2nd of April, today is around 8pm on the 7th and Fedex still shows they have not received it from your company. I understand things taking longer due to the virus situation in the country, but asking me to review a order that hasn't even been sent yet is to much.

The ammo arrived quickly considering the current climate. I'm sure the volumes are difficult to deal with. unfortunately, of the 3 boxes i have opened to inspect, approximately 1/3 of this ammo showed signs of corrosion of some sort. the brass on the ammo often had "rusty looking" orange spots on it. i don't know if this is a manufacturer issue or a storage issue, but i was disappointed in general and thought new american ammo should be in better shape than this. i have never seen new ammo look this bad.

I didn't mind too much not getting my entire order. But the credit they offered without even trying to replace what was unshipped was wrong and the amount they offered as a credit was a bit too low as well. I am not trying to get rich off of a mistake but less than $.60 returned on shipping and the higher half ($$$) of the order gets less than half a return on sales taxes...? That, on top of unreasonably large price increases during the Covid buy up, is enough to get me to look elsewhere.

Shipping took weeks. There was no communication as to the delay of shipping. I had to request an update on where it was in the order and when it would be shipped. I understand that shipping is slow due to the state of the US, but it would be good to at least communicate that to the buyer without them having to ask, then still guess as to when it would be shipped.

I understand you're extremely busy right now. However I placed my order before you put the notice out that shipping would take longer. The shipping that I paid for should have got my ammo here a week ago.
