“I had to cancel my order because i never received a confirmation of how long it would take before it would ship. So I canceled my order instead of having it in constant limbo. I also have not received a refund to my credit card yet, but i don't think it's been 10 days since i canceled so I will wait. I know these are crazy times, but even if they projected a date and then added a couple days on top, it would still be better that not having any projected ship date at all.”

“Still haven't got a refund or product. Emailed a week ago to cancel my order because it was taking way longer than I was told then was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 days and still haven't seen either”

“Ordering was easy and payment was easy. I was told they would arrive on friday and saturday i sent an email to find out when the delivery time would be and I received the order number and the tracking number. The tracking number did not give a status update and the fedex website said it had not been shipped yet. I still do not know where my package is.”

“Last package was awful not protected with padding cardboard the 50 round boxes Egyptian manufactured of 8mm were in terrible shape rusted and good for components only, the boxes were destroyed from lack of padding, the Ethiopian 300 8mm round boxes and ammo was in excellent shape like brand new,very happy with Ethiopian ammo..... out of 7 Egyptian made 8mm boxes only one box was in good shape not destroyed and not rusty.”

“I'm not real impressed because it stated on my receipt to be delivered on April 1st but now I still have not received it and Fed ex is saying that they did not receive it until the first. Just be straight with your delivery and don't state dates that isn't accurate. With all the theft going on trying to make someone is there to receive it is pretty tough when you aren't honest with your delivery dates.”

“You ran my credit card last week and as of today I still have yet to receive a confirmation email or returned phone call regarding the order. I know things are crazy right now but an email or call should still be easy enough. Customer service is what earns return customers.”

“The product came faster than I expected. but I was sent wrong items in it. I received 9MMS ammo when it was supposed to be 380 ammo. Can't send back due to business closed here so now I'm stuck with useless ammo.”
