“The Time it took just to get it shipped took way to long. Was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and now is expected to cow for another 3 days. Shipping was way to expensive so be lied to about the dates and Fulfilling to order.”

“Ordered on the 18th, was not processed for days. Finally got a shipping confirmation. It's been 13 days and no package yet. I was asked to write a review before I received my product. So no details on the product to review. Just alot of waiting.”

“I didnt notice the 9mm ammo I purchased said Makarov on it. This is NOT the ammo I intended to buy. My intent was to purchase Luger ammo. When I tried to return it is when I noticed there is no refunds or exchanges for ammunition. So now I'm stuck with 500 rounds of Makarov ammo I can do Nothing with. Thank you for that.”

“Have not received ammunition . Ordered on the 16th March. Went to local store because their phone number was automated . The store had a sign on it saying they had closed on the 23rd. Didn’t receive any notice e-mail or anything. I waited 11days from time of order just to get no answers. That is not acceptable . I have paid in full and I have nothing to show for it.”

“Ordered ammunition for three firearms, one rifle and two handguns. Didn't learn until the shipment arrived (3 weeks later) that they had only sent ammunition for the rifle. There was a handwritten note inside saying they would issue a refund for the rest, but so far no refund and they charged me for the full amount.”

“I have not picked up my purchase yet. I have not received an email stating that it is ready yet. I called and left a voicemail but have not heard anything and it’s been approximately 5 days now. The order was placed almost 2 weeks ago. I’d love to have my purchase before the stay at home order goes into effect.”

“My first order with you. I was pleased with the website and checkout process. My order was placed at the beginning of the rush; there was no advisory on your website to expect delays at the time of order. I don't mind some delay in processing given the circumstances - it's entirely understandable. You already know you haven't been answering your phones. I opted to email on Day 11 after my order to inquire. No response. Left a voicemail on Day 12. No response. Again, I understand delays and difficulties - everyone is affected. My wait now seems excessive - other suppliers have delivered orders made the same day. I don't enjoy the radio silence. Given the delay and inability to service customers, I question the overall quality of the business. I'm a little concerned about receipt of the feedback request - that's usually an indicator the order has been filled. Normally I'd inquire to ensure there was no problem. Sadly, that doesn't seem to be an option.”

“Placed my order on 3/13/20. After 3 days order status was “awaiting manual verification”. 3 days later same message. After multiple attempts finally got a hold of some one to “manually verify my order”. Basically I just confined my address. I am writing this article on 3/25/20. My order status now says shipped but the tracking shows it still sitting in their warehouse. Meanwhile I’ve had other orders fulfilled that I placed after this one.”

“Ordered 2000 shotgun shells and only got 1250. Wrote email about it to you and you asked for some photos. Gave all to you and have yet to get a response. Taking a bit too long to resolve this and I wish i could just get the balance of the ammo and be done with this.”

“I usually buy here but the last order I have a lot jamming with 308 Win, 22 LR & 223, all buy here, I don't know is this ammo are old or not, I know that have issue on three different caliber on the same order with different gun.”

“Company was OK but did nothing but pass the buck to their distributor after I complained that the range friendly advertised as non magnetic attracted a magnet and could not be used at my range.”
