“Received ammo quickly but ammo case was damaged. I sent photos of damage and after a week no response from outdoor limited. I don’t think I will buy from this company again.”

“I was sent the wrong product, not my order. I contacted customer service the quickly responded stating their shipping department would contact me right away to confirm that they would resend the correct order. That was five days ago and I have not heard anything back...”

“The order form was not very clear on the shipping vs Local Pick Up option. I had no clue that your company was in NC. I was expecting the item to be shipped to the shipping address. Luckily I have family in High Point that could pick up my package. I will get my package when I see them again.”

“I called customer service 5 minutes after placing my order online to fix an error that I made on my order and the person refused to make the adjustment. I called customer service again the next day and a different person stated that they could assist me but found out that my order was already shipped. If it could have been fixed, then the first person I called should have fixed it.”

“The casings expand so much I have to force the spent rounds out of the cylinder by tapping the extraction rod. The gun is a S&W revolver with a 4" barrel.”

“Three orders in a row were to be shipped ADULT SIGNATURE required. I paid $4.50 for each one. The orders were just dropped at my door. That's 500 rounds of ammo sitting for anyone to take.”

“On the front end of your add you advertised brass 22 mag by Armscor. In the expanded description further in the add it says nickel plated brass. The nickel plated case is thinner than brass and explodes out the base of the casing in some of my 22 mag pistols and rifles. I thought I was purchasing brass. I think its false advertising you should show nickel plated at the front line of your add. I will not make anymore purchases from your store until this is changed and people know upfront not in a broader description further in your add. Other sellers use the same technique to sell nickel plated ammo. That doesn't make it right. I will be very careful in the future to make sure I buy Brass ammo. This will not happen to me twice no matter who I buy from.”

“I have ordered from outdoorlimited for years and I have noticed that the money I am spending for "over packaging" ,well..... ,Has become a joke.I used to get my munitions nicely packaged with plenty of cardboard meshing that would encompass the entire items within , as well as "styrophoam peanuts" for that extra peace of mind on the order ( and I am buying your ammo by the pound). Please be more mindful of the packaging process as we all know that the Currier is not taking the greatest of care with my 60pounds of your products on a monthly basis for the most part.”

“It appears my order was lost somewhere. When I sent a telephone and email inquiry I never received a response from the company. I did get an email from Fedex with a tracking number the next day for what I hope is my order.”

“My order was indicated “shipped” by outdoor limited, but indicated as “awaiting package” by ups. This status when on for over a week, till I called customer support. Based from the customer support agent, the warehouse had the package out, but ups did not scan it, so nobody knew where my order was. At least the warehouse shipped a new package/order again to fulfill my pending order. But even with the second package expedited/shipped 2 days, the overall delay/wait time was just too long.”

“Have not received my order. I recieved someone else order on friday 17 may 19. Notified them on 20 May 19 of order issue. On 24 may 19, i was told my order was on my way via email and a label to return someone elses order. Not a big deal except the closest UPS drop off is 50 miles away.”
