“Missed shipment I received someones shipment instead of mine. A little attitude when I received a call back for you folks. Had to go 30 minutes North to a UPS store to re- ship your other customer's order. My order eventually showed up when your other customer was also inconvenienced. No sincere apology received. “Package was due on the 1st, it arrived on the 7th. Ammo was loose in the box. Casings were very discolored (definately looked used and possibly like they had been left outside in the elements). A few of the necks were damaged during bullet loading,,,, so much so that the casing is ruined. Many of the bullets aren't seated tightly and move in the casing. I'm very frustrated.”

“Old tape on bottom of old box failed and box arrived wide open at bottom of box. Thanks to great UPS driver for holding it together and delivering it to my door. Need to take better care on shipping packages. Thanks”

“I ordered three boxes of Magtech 44-40 Ammunition. When I received the shipment, it would not fit my gun. I realized you have a no return on ammunition. When I called you suggested I call the factory. I feel you should have at least offered to exchange the ammunition for another brand. I have since tried some Hornady and Winchester which worked well in my Ruger Vaquero.”

“The ammo I bought was in good condition, shipped quickly, and at a good price, but I cannot do business with a place I cannot communicate with. Several phone calls, leaving messages, remained unreturned, about crucial aspects of my order. I gambled on the merchandise and won, but will not again. They have very low stock of another round I use very often and would like to buy a couple of cases of, but once again, I cannot reach them to find out how long I'd have to wait for matching lot cases. I hope they get their act together in this important aspect of customer service.”

“I will probably never buy from outdoor limited again. When I made the purchase I was signed up for marketing emails against my wishes. I have tried to unsubscribe from them twice now. Now that my order is complete, if I get another marketing email from you I will block your address and blacklist you on my router so I don't accidentally try to buy anything else from you. You need to respect your customer's privacy. Unfortunately, that is a deal breaker for me. I will pay higher prices to do business with someone who respects my privacy.”

“My order was short by 3 boxes of ammo. David said that they will be mailing out my missing boxes so at least they are making it right. I placed my original order on 12/8/2018 and as of 12/20.2018 I still have not recieved my entire order. A customer should not have to double-check to make sure everything is there and it's pretty frustrating to spend $250.00 with a company and not get what you paid for.”

“1. Ordered 15 boxes of Wolf Polyformance 7.62 x 39 HP ammo and only received 10 boxes. 2. Ordered 25 boxes of Wolf Polyformance 7.62 x 39 FMJ ammo and received 5 boxes of Polyformance ammo and 25 boxes of Wolf white box ammo. 3. Ordered 500 rds of Remington 115gr 9mm ammo and didn’t receive any. 4. Ordered 3 boxes of Federal Train & Protect 9mm ammo and did receive all of it.”

“Received Hornady whitetail 30-30 ammo within 3 days of ordering which is great. Upon inspection found casings an primers badly tarnished to the point I am unsure of their safety. I called Outdoor limited to ask them about it, they informed me order directly from Hornady mfg. an gave me their ph# when I called an gave them lot#s they said ammo is over 3 yrs old an not stored correctly. When I called ODL back I was told they haven’t been in business that long. So their is no telling where this ammo is coming from. Vary sad.”

“charge too much for shipping - reason why , ammo shipped in a big box with no packing , 2 boxes were damaged . they said to send Pics. of damage - not going to go to trouble . they need to fix Problem . Fire some people { works for Me }”

“It's been 10 days and I still haven't received my shipment of 2 - 20 rnd. boxes of ammo! With shipping for these costing as much as another box that's ridiculous. I know once it leaves Outdoor Limited it's out of their hands, but either find a reliable shipping co. where their quality and timing represent their pricing, or a cut rate one that is expected to be late. I'm positive the Hornady ammunition that I ordered will perform as expected if I ever receive it.”
