Ordered Four like new surplus 50 cal ammo boxes. One has a bad seal and will not be suitable for long term storage. No tracking number was sent to me nor delivery confirmation. The case of ammo I ordered was delivered packed inside one of the ammo boxes and was in good shape. Glen K.

I am sorry for the delay. I checked the UPS tracking and it was delayed because of a late trailer delivery. The package is scheduled for delivery today.

I ordered 3 boxes of ammunition bc it said there were 3 available, my order processed, then it said there was 1 more available, my order supposedly shipped, gave me a delivery date, and then days later I was informed there wasnt any of that ammunition actually available and my order was cancelled. This was my first time attempting to buy from your website, I don’t think I’ll be trying it again.

I am rate it poor, because I ordered 3 cases of shotgun shells and only received 1 case and then tried to call, but no connection. So photographed package and E-mailed a copy of my package, was contacted back and received my other 2 cases a week later. When I received the next package 1 case had a big gouge in the side of the box, but no internal damaged occurred. Little worried about trying to order again because of 1st. experience.

Paid for rush shipping and shipment was lost. Took 11 days to receive order and no reimbursement for payment of rush shipping. Could not get in contact with company so I had to leave email and message on voicemail.

I ordered 3 cases of 28ga. Shells received 1. tried calling but kept sending me to voicemail. Finally sent an Email with pictures of package. I am a very busy person and I put the trust in placing orders that they're filled correctly.

I had to email them to have my package held for pick up since they put some sort of restriction that wouldn't allow me to do it myself. This was very inconvenient and I may not order from them in the future as a result.

Competitive prices & fast shipping. However, I received 4 severely damaged ammo shipments in a row. No packing material and not over boxed even though I paid for it. Packers need to be reminded to do their jobs properly.

My Shipment was sent to a customer in Michigan, His was sent to me. I was supposed to take a class this weekend. Now I don't know when our schedules will coincide again.

Need to get their ballistic info straight, purchased Fiocchi based on their listed info of 1500fps/720 muzzle energy, only find it is actually 1310fps/564 energy. Would not have purchase with those specs.

The shipment process needs to be evaluated to ensure contents are firmly packaged and secured. All seven ammunition boxes with this shipment show significant damage from excessive movement, resulting in severe shock and friction. Fortunately, the ammunition appears to be undamaged, as the rounds were protected by the internal plastic holders from the factory. A great value on ammunition is useless when the packaging is substandard. Furthermore, all ground shipments are at risk of significant stress because the carriers are all about quantity at the cost of quality handling. Hence shipments need to be prepared based on inherent risks.

Was not package properly for shipping. All bullets were out of there box with very little sytoform. They move around in the box as it was being shipped. Many of the brass are dented and possibly unusable. I send a picture to owner of outdoor limited. At this point I will not order from outdoor limited. I will also send this information onto Minuteman Munitions, UPS and my friends that order ammunition. This is not the way to shipp ammunition.

Would have been more pleased with order if it came with the ammo can in the picture and not loose rounds. It was misleading as the photo showed a 300round ammo can and that is what I ordered.

Nothing wrong with the product or packaging, shipping took a lot longer than expected placed my order on 12/3 didn't receive my package until 12/12.

They took forever to ship my order, only to find out a week later that they had ran out of stock on the ordered item. They replaced with a different item but I didn’t understand why I couldn’t have been notified sooner. Shipping was fast though, only bright spot in this transaction.

For the second time now the CCI Mini-Mag .22LR rounds in my order came out of their plastic case--all 100 from one case--and were rattling around inside the outer shipping carton. My conclusion is that your shipping department simply does not know how to pack the brittle plastic cases to prevent damage in transit. Needless to say, perhaps . . . I won't be ordering ammo from you again.
