Got the wrong Ammo. Received rife 223 55g ammo. Ordered .45 ACP. Working with CS to get a refund as there is no 45 ammo in stock. CS has been responsive. But no credit yet.

Website stated at time of purchase a delivery date for my ammo. Then I got a message after purchase that would be delivered much later. I made another purchase immediately after from another vendor and they delivered as promised. I made my purchase solely because I needed the ammo delivered soon. you must deliver on your promises. If you state a delivery date then do it.

Super disappointed. Ordered it paid for it waiting for it then the email advising sorry due to problems in the inventory we do not have your order. Canceled and funds reimbursement which was good I guess but I was hoping for the product they committed to sell me.

Easy to buy. Price was way too high gor .22 ammo. I felt taken advantage of because of the situation and the pandemic.

I can not write a review, at this time. The rifle, it will be used in, is still under construction. Due to other expenses, it may be several months before I get to fire any of this ammo.

i am being asked how i liked my order and i havent even recieved it yet. i was told it was 5-7 from when i ordered November 16th and still have not recieved it. i would like someone to contact me to tell me whats going on or refund my money. contact numer is 847-789-6817. my sales order number is #1022024.

I placed an order on November 17th. When I had not heard anything, I sent a message on nov 24 to ask about the status of my order being marked as "waiting customer response" I finally received a message back 3 days later on the 27 that stated they needed ID because my order was so big and they had sent 2 emails. I had never received any emails and in my opinion if I order 1 bullet or a million you should either require id at the time of purchase or not. At this time I requested to cancel my order. A week later, on Dec 3, my request to cancel my order was not even acknowledged. So I decided to send my ID. Got a response within an hour asking if I still wanted my order. My order Shipped on dec 4. And finally got my order yesterday (dec 8). Received an email on Dec 7 asking me to review my order...how can I do that if I haven't received my product...very poor customer service but eventually got everything I ordered

My order was set for a seven day shipment and delivery for today 12/07/20. It seems to be stuck somewhere in Portland Oregon and won’t be delivered for another week- I’m not to sure I appreciate this. I’m so sorry but I’m not sure this timing is acceptable

Shipping was slower than expected. Fedex bites. The package was supposedly delivered and signed for on 11/30, but not by me. Have yet to find said package. Fedex is investigating. Thankfully I paid for insurance.

I was ordering the wrong Bullet and could not return or exchange. My mistake. Not happy to spend $60 for the wrong ammo. The 243 ammo sells a short and fat type of bullet, and will not fit my deer rifle.

All the ammo was loose in the shipping box and not properly secured for shipping. Additionally, a number of the individual bullets were bent and/or damaged. Cannot safely use some of the purchased ammo.

Ordered ammo that was shown in stock. After 2 weeks waiting I get an email saying part of my order couldn’t be filled. I live 45 minutes from the store in High Point and usually I go pick my orders up in person which is usually ready in 2 days when I order online. So why did it take 2 weeks to say ammo that was in abundance when I ordered it was magically out of stock 2 weeks later.

Too slow to process orders, and there is no visibility as to the status of the order itself. You need to give your customers accurate tracking information.
