“Order 9 mm ammo and would have preferred to be notified that order was received and a notification when it was shipped. I did receive my order but was concerned when I did not hear anything for seven business days.”

“Placed order same day as my wife did, she got her order about 8-9 days later and I still had not received mine yet, then about 3-4 days later I see my order said shipped and it gave a tracking number then 2 days later I checked the tracking and it said my order was canceled and I didn’t get an explanation, I even called and left a message and never received a phone call back. Very disappointed I was really looking forward to getting my 223 civil defense rounds only to be let down without an explanation, I buy a ton of stuff from sportsman’s guide and with the way guns and ammunition have been very scarce I was really hoping I found another good company to take care of my shooting needs, but I am considering giving it one more chance with y’all because I understand things happen, I just hope my next order goes better. Thanks for reaching out and hope we can do business in the future”

“The website said the ammo was in stock. 2 weeks after I ordered I received an email saying there was no stock. My money was refunded but I’d rather have had the ammo that was listed as in stock.”

“Out of the 12 rounds I fired 2 had primer strikes without firing. I understand that it is remanufactured ammo but at the cost it was I expect it to go bang. I proceeded to fire 25 rounds of remington ball ammo" green box" with absolutely no problems. The rifle ammo did well with zero problems.”

“Tried to cancel order before it shipped. No longer have a 763x39. The day I tried to canceled the order the web site said 10 days to ship. Then I left a voice mail to cancel order, got email couple hours later it shipped . Now I have a 1000 rounds or ammunition for a gun I no longer own.”

“I purchased these items a very, very long time ago. Just now receiving them. Just as I placed a rush to PAY YOU QUICKLY, a rush should have been your tactic, as well, to not have my packages be delivered extremely late. Unacceptable.”

“Happy to get some ammo, but price gouging is very real. I paid double what this normally goes for. The 55gr stuff is more than triple. I get that people need to make a buck, but damn. Outdoor limited could do better by its customers”

“Ammo took 2 weeks to arrive. Ammo was loose in the box, causing 2 boxes to open and ammo being all loose in the box. I usually do not have this problem but will not be ordering from here again until prices go back down.”

“Uploaded my FID both before and while/just after placing my order. Days later they told me they needed my FID to ship me my order in NJ. I attached it to the email they sent me - waste in my opinion since I'd already done that but wahatever. Told twice (after they rec'd my FID & when I placed the order) the item was in stock and would ship within 11-13 days. I placed my order Jan 13 - it's now after 11 pm ET on Jan 26 (13 days!) - but no notification my order has even shipped yet. I'm moving in a few weeks - will I even get this before I have an address change?”

“I purchased 1,000 rounds for my AR for range use. The ammunition said "lead core". But when I got to the range, I could not use it because the magnet picked up metal in the core. So I now have 1,000 rounds of ammo that is not usable for what I needed.”
