“Same as my last order of ammo from you. I can't understand why it takes so long to move a box of ammo across the US. I could do better by Pony Express! If its not you, I would check out my FedEx carrier.”

“Great experience with prior orders, however this time not so much. I ordered 10 boxes of ammo. I only received 8. After the emails, photos, etc back and forth; my money was going to be refunded. My issue is the shipping cost. To reorder the boxes I was shorted from the original order, I now waa going to have to pay shipping again. I should have been sent the 2 boxes of ammo I was shorted, not refunded for the 2 boxes. This will be my last resort place to shop after this transaction.”

“I had two orders and this one was supposed to ship to my home address which a lady called to confirm that the two orders were supposed to go to different addresses. Even with confirming the addresses, this order was sent to the wrong address.”

“Placed a very sizable order and only received about 95% of the product that I had already paid for. I’ve reached out to the company and am still awaiting the refund for the short-shipped product. Will amend this review if/when it is corrected. Selection: 4/5 (ammo is hard to find anywhere) Prices: 5/5 (fair pricing considering how the market is right now) Communication: 4/5 (should’ve refunded the money before delivery, in my opinion) Shipping: 5/5 (very quick and well packaged) Great selection but can’t recommend, yet. 3/24/2021”

“My package was lost by FedEx. Nobody could figure out what to do, so I was forced to file a false Police report. Which is illegal by the way ! My package finally showed up looking like it had been to a war zone. Definitely not O.L.'s fault that my package was lost, but making it my problem (3 hours of F'ing around) lost you a customer. Your customer service protocol needs to be seriously reviewed !!!!”
