“They took my money a month ago. They told me it was shipped 20 days ago. Still have no ammo. Have done OK with them before but will have to think long and hard before ordering here again.”

“Ordered my ammo on the 17th. I show a UPS label has been created but hasn't yet shipped. I don't know the status on my product as I've received no communication at all. Have bought ammo in the past with no problem. Now I may have to rethink were I buy from again.”

“Took money immediately. I called 3 days later to check on order and assured they don't sell anything not in stock. 3 days later received email telling me that it wasn't in stock. Offered lesser product at same price. Offered nothing to make up for problems. Item arrived and boxes were in poor condition. This company will go on the last place to look list.”

“Order entered during “supposed” free ammo can offer: no can provided with 500 round order: follow up was a sorry promo must have ended; careful with the bait deals; many other reliables available.”

“Ordered shotgun shells and paid for expedited shipping. Although the website said the items were in stock, it took it took several days to process the order and about 10 days to receive the order.”

“Ordered 2 500 rd boxes. Both of them tore open during shipping. Dented and dinged rds galore that could have been prevented with BETTER PACKING.. : (”

“It took a week to ship out two 50 boxes of 38 Special. Interior packaging was loose and the boxes were spilled throughout the shipping box. In the end one shell was missing, leading me to believe that the spill began in the warehouse, not during shipping. A shippiing box with 100 rounds rattling around via UPS Ground isn't so great. At least the box wasn't labeled Outdoor Limited. I emailed pics and have not heard a response (5 days).”

“Bought 12 gauge shells, 9mm, and some .22LR. The .22 boxes were all falling apart. One of the 12 gauge shells was actually bent. the 9mm bag had a tear in it. The exterior shipping box was in good shape-damage appeared to happen during packing at your facility”

“Called to determine status of my order. Was told it shipped 2 days ago but UPS did not process it yet. As a retired UPS delivery driver and Feeder driver I know UPS does not sit on packages. Every package is scanned upon arrival at the local center and/or hub the day it is picked up. Every package is sorted and leaves the hub/center that day. Nothing is held. Don't blame UPS for your inefficacity.”

“On my last order I received one box of .223 that was damaged (crushed) only 1 round was damaged, bullet was actually pushed down into the brass case. I have never had a problem with Outdoor Limited and am very happy with pricing and quick shipping. Thank You Michael Schaper Nosler Match Grade .223”

“Ordered half case and single boxes of premium ammo. All packed in same box...no problem...but the six boxes of premium were all mangled and loose rounds were all over the inside of the box...not mad...just disappointed.”

“The two stars are for fast shipping and good return, I ordered 9mm 9x19 and was sent 9mm 9x18 makarov instead so they were useless to me, but they say they will refund me so we’ll see how long it takes”

“The package with ammo for almost $400 was not bought to door site, as stated, but was left on first floor by FedEx, from where it was stolen by some neighbors. So, I can't write any review. I messaged about event to Outdoor Limited - no response!”
