I typed the free shipping code into the comment as I did’t see anywhere else on the website to place it. They didn’t honor it, even though they acknowledged it was in the comments and charged me for shipping. This resulted in a suboptimal experience.

In previous purchases I have been extremely pleased with Outdoor Limited product quality, prices and customer service. Unfortunately, in my latest purchase I mistakenly ordered steel casing ammo which I could not use. While I was able to cancel the order before it was shipped (ordered on Saturday and cancelled on Sunday), I was assessed a 20% cancellation fee (approx. $50). This would have been reasonable if the order had been shipped and returned. But, since it had not left the warehouse and perhaps not even been pulled from the shelf, it was overly excessive. While I will likely order from Outdoor Limited again, this experience has tarnished an otherwise favorable opinion of the vender.

First of all, let me say that the company's products, selection, and prices are very good compared to their competitors; I have no gripe with those. My problem is with their shipping department which has botched up my order three times over the past year, sending either the wrong caliber or only part of an order. I can understand an occasional error here and there, but three times in a year is excessive, and it's not as if I put in a huge amount of orders. This necessitates me having to fill out a form to correct the matter and take a pile of photos of all sides of the various shipping cartons, packing slips, etc., and send them off to the company, which is time consuming; and, being a senior, I especially value my time as it is, obviously, running out. Another potential annoyance with shorted orders is that, by the time the people responsible for correcting order errors get to fill my order, the item may very well be out of stock. The situation was especially disconcerting in the case of my most recent order as the person, who packed only half of it, somehow, didn't notice that the carton containing the ammo had the number of rounds it contained clearly printed in large, dark numerals.

Ordering isn't the problem. The problem is getting the package redirected to a hold site.

Shipping is terrible, I got 4 boxes of ammo 3 of the 4 boxes were all out in the shipping box and the tray they sit in was all broke. I sent a email telling about the problem and all I got was a email back saying they forwarded to the manager, still haven’t heard anything about it. I order a lot from company and that was depressing.

I ordered 2 1500 9mm sterling ammo. The next day your email said complete your order! Called my Credit Card Co.showed no purchase. Signed in and ordered again. I received a double order! Cost me extra $1,000.00 I did not want to spend. A lot of money to me

I order 500 rds of ammo (10 boxes) and 1 box was missing. I understand mistakes happen, I’m more annoyed with the fact that when I got in touch with someone over email about this, instead of helping solve the problem, they sent me to a link where I re addressed the issue and haven’t heard back since. This situation is worsened by the fact that I also signed up and paid to be part of the buyers club with this order.

Would not cycle through my sig 226 or glock 17. Did fine with my sig 365xl.

My only problem is I was charged a insurance fee, when I was picking up at the warehouse. I emailed customer service and they won’t refund the fee.

First box had 17 out of 50 failures to fire, next box,(different lot #) , had only a couple. Working on third box, 2 more failures so far. All rims of cases struck very hard by firing pin. Not impressed, especially for the price paid.

My purchases from Outdoor limited have been excellent in the past. Not so much this time. They are very fast with shipping and processing the order but their packaging was substandard this time. One box of ammo had come open and there were 50 rounds scattered around in the box. I hope this was just a one-time deal. I am also not very happy with the particular ammo I bought but that's not Outdoor Limited's fault.

My 1 pail of ammo was split open all around the container. Had to use a heat gun on it to straighten it out & use clear tape to piece it back together.

A free ammo can was offered for purchases over $250. I spent over $800 recently on a single order and did not receive an ammo can. I have sent four e-mails to Customer Service over the last two weeks and have not received the courtesy of a response.

The ammo box's were broke open, due to very poor packaging. Now I have a 100 rounds just rolling around in a box.

The ammunition I purchased was packaged poorly. The boxes were just thrown in a larger box without any padding. When I received the package every round was out of the boxes scattered all over the inside of the box. You would think with how much ammunition costs they could afford some bubble wrap.
