All my rounds arrived out of their box and all over the shipping box. Not impressed.

The site itself has good deals and I always order from them but this time parts of my order arrived really best up and damaged.

Very disappointed. Order placed June 25, with delivery scheduled for July 1, not bad. However, items were not "physically" shipped until July 1, and delivered on July 6. I hope this is not your typical delivery.

In all my past experiences this is a five star outfit. Most recently, I placed a pickup order and was charged $2 for shipping protection. I called and spoke with a representative and was told I must have hit the button by mistake and there was nothing that she could do. A family member had the same thing happen. He emailed and received the same response.

I ordered some items, 1 of them was wrong, I have tried to get it resolved, I have called, done the company text thing and still no has called or gotten back to me

Box I received was intact, but poorly packed. Free ammo can was also dented, but at least it was free. All but two boxes of 5.56 and .223 were ripped open and all mixed together loose. Two boxes were taped shut aggressively (they were the two that didn’t open), so I assume they know this happens. It is what it is, but I just got a new AR and I’m trying out different ammo to see what works for me. Just annoying to have to sort through a few hundred rounds by hand to separate everything again. Good price though.

Took a full ten days to get my order from a vendor about 90 miles from me. When I did get it both boxes of 50 rounds of 9 mm were completely opened so I had 100 rounds rolling around in the shipping carton. Done with this vendor.

I was missing items in my original order and when I finally got it fixed, the box with the rest of my order was packed awfully and every box busted open. At least I finally got my full order.

Ordering is straightforward and I like the instant ability to see if items are in stock. What I don't like is that it took them 5 business days to ship my order of "In-stock" items. That is not acceptable.

I ordered 350 legend ammo and I received it. I ordered 45colt ammo and I never got it. I was charged for the 45 Colt ammo and was told I would get a credit for what I am owed. I have been waiting and waiting for the money that I am owed. I called customer service many times get a recording even left my phone number to call me back no one ever does. Outdoor limited is about to lose a very good customer. I see now why they have so many bad reviews. You might get me once you will not get me twice.

I ordered ( 3 ) different ammo in the beginning I only got ( 1 ) I finally got the 2nd but didn’t get my final order and I can’t get anyone from your company to answer the phone so NO I am not satisfied and I believe this is very poor customer service and would really like this issue resolved thank you. Review based on delivery and CS response. Heard a rattling in the box when I brought it in. After removing the foam 'cover', I saw the ammo was all over the inside of the box rolling around. CS response was "It happens sometimes if the ammo box isn't sturdy, sorry". Poor quality control in packaging and dismissive CS response. See photo.

I ordered ammo and a pistol case weeks ago and have not as yet received them. How the hell can I give a review for something That hasn't been delivered yet?

The mailing service you use is terrible. Doesn't keep up with thenactual package location. I wanted to initially cancel my order due to s l o w picking/packing but was told that was not possible. What? Before it was even picked? I don't like being deceived and have committed to no longer doing business with you. There exist many other options.

Bad communication, the ammo is good and cycles as should but their customer service and answering phones and shipping needs major work....I will not purchase from again.
