“Had issue with ammo purchased. Outdoor Ltd passed me off to ammo rep and who has jerked me around for 8 days with no answer if the manufacturer will back up product. Had to put in dispute with credit card company”

“I received my order and in part was wrong. When I contacted them, they were more worried about how the error occurred instead of shipping out the correct box immediately with a return shipping label. Instead they stated it would be a few business days before they would correct the issue. I wont be ordering anymore in the future .”

“I was sent the wrong ammo. I even paid extra for rush processing and over the box packaging. I needed it for a firearms class that was out of town. I had to purchase my ammo locally just to get it on time. Now I have to deal with a return and refund process.”

“Ordered ammo two weeks ago, can’t tell if UPS lost it or what, but I don’t have it yet. Not the fault of Outdoor Limited but that’s money down the drain, especially when it’s cheaper to buy in store if you factor in shipping.”

Steve, Sorry for any confusion. This is the same ammo. Here is a link to Federal's website showing details about the ammo. The "F" at the beginning is just our code for our system. “I order several boxes of ammo and the individual boxes were shipped very loose in a larger box with no padding. When I opened the outer box I saw that every ammo box was damaged and there were loose cartridges. I'll never buy from OL again.”
