“placed order, received a email that it was shipped and received a tracking number. after sending an email because the tracking number never moved,I received an email saying my order was canceled. I believe since ammo prices have increased my order was sold to someone else”

“I would score zero stars if I could. I am not at all happy. I do intend to contact the seller ASAP. I ordered 2000 rounds of ammunition for $800 some odd dollars and only received 1000 rounds for the same price. Not happy.”

“It got canceled because too many orders came in all at once. Quite annoying. It’s that’s age of digital. If your system cannot also keep pace with your inventory, may I recommend a new system. You made your business failure my problem.”

“I have never had an issue before carona virus but this transaction didn't work out very well. The product was apparently oversold so it didn't ship but shipping papers went to the warehouse so my credit card was billed and I'm hoping for a refund at this point. I'm confident that outdoor limited will be back to their reliable service once the virus debacle ends. I'm still a customer”

“I specifically ordered Hornady .223 ammo, but received 5.56 NATO ammo that is "not for use in .223 chamber." I researched the ordered ammo on an off your website and found no mention of the 5.56 spec.”

“I ordered 300 rounds of 45-70 government on the 4th, over 3 weeks ago. The following week I received 150 44 mag rounds instead, worth a fraction of what I spent on my order. It has been like pulling teeth to establish communications. Apparently they have had some issue recently, which I want to understand, but I was told to expect my money back or my order shipped last weekend. Here we are after another week and I haven't heard a thing. We have reached the point of pure unnacceptability. I won't be doing business here again. 23 days later I still don't have my order or my money back. Zero communication my way as I was told to expect.”
