“I ordered 1000 rounds of 10 mm, but received 20 rounds of 7.7 x 58 JAP ammo... The UPS box was labeled 41 lbs but was a small box. I e-mailed customer service and sent photos immediately. 1 week later I still have no resolution and I am out over $360, but have 20 rounds of 7.7 x 58. :( I realize they are busy with the current demand but this situation should move to the front given the size of the error.”

“To date I have not received my order, nor have I even received a shipping date. I don't understand how you send out for a review when you haven't even shipped. I would like a full refund. I understand the circumstances with the ammo shortage but they should have never took my money for a product they dont' have .”

“Website wasn’t very clear, and I ended up purchasing a compact mag when I actually needed a full-size one. Company said they don’t accept exchanges. Lost a future customer, so best of luck to your company.”

“My order was processed and confirmed the day I placed it. Eight days later I received a shipment notification and tracking info. Two days later I received an email saying the system had oversold the ammo. Both items I ordered were cancelled.”

“For some reason ammunition orders are being canceled. Shipments are being labeled as Damaged, and returned to sender. I don't know if it the shipping companies or the distributors but it's unacceptable.”

“Still have not received my ordered ammunition. I think there should be credit to the account. I spent 24 yrs in the military and did 3 tours in Iraq...... I get the appropriate production and wait time, but I have yet to receive this order as of 3/29/20 . Sincerely, Mary Pontecorvo”
