Bought 540 7.62x51 mm from here and only 20% of the rounds would fire! I would not recommend buying ammo from here!! When I emailed them about the bad ammo I received no response! Bad business!!!!!

Very poor service, package never came and customer service went silent when asking for a refund. Will not be doing business here ever again.

I feel no other choice but to give Outdoor Limited a 1 out of 5 rating. Upon receiving my order in the mail, I discovered that one third of my order was missing (Two 100 round boxes of Tula 223 Ammo). It was the weekend, so I couldn't call their customer service number until Monday. Once Monday morning rolled around, I gave their number a call and was met with a voice message indicating that the only way to get in touch with their customer service was by email (the reason due to high call volume and demand). I can understand the high call volume with the crazy times we are currently living in, but to shutdown calls altogether doesn't make much sense. So, with my only option being to email Outdoor Limited, I did just that. It's been three days and not even a response saying that my email has been received. Until I can get this problem squared away and can get the rest of my order sent to me, I can't give Outdoor Limited anything more than a one star rating at this time. I'll be happy to update this review once they resolve this problem.

Well I called left voicemail Friday 3/20 stating I never received my shipment even kno fedex said was delivered, I was home all day and never seen anything. So I’m still waiting for my order as my voicemail stated. 8105433730

Ordered ammo almost 2 weeks ago. Was told to expect 7 days for processing. Still waiting on shipment. Tried to contact but it goes to automated recording.

It has been 13 days since placing my order. I have not received a tracking number, it has not shipped, and I have since bought my ammo at a store which completely defeated the purpose of ordering online. No one has reached out with any updates or information. Completely unacceptable customer service regardless of coronavirus.

I ordered 115 gr 9mm and packing slip said 115 grain but received 124 gr. I have tried to call repeatedly but can’t get anyone to answer. The price was good but quality control and service were less than Stellar

My order was sent to the wrong house. Thank goodness the person it was delivered to was an honest gun owner he brought me my ammo.

Ordered them and still didn't receive them. I called several times at different hours. left voice mails and emails. still haven't gotten any response. So very poor.

Ordered 10 boxes of ammo. They sent me 6 and are now blowing me off telling me to wait longer. This is over a week after I've followed their directions to remedy. No response other than wait more. It was good only steel case wolf 9mm, but if I ordered it, I should get it. You messed up, make it right. Don't F_-k me around!

I got the wrong ammunition. I ordered 30-06 and received 9mm. I got in touch with someone who said the shipping manager would get back to me in a few days. It has been about a week now. I don't plan on doing business through you guys again.

Ordered 10 boxes of 8x57 jrs waited 6 days for it and it was 8x57 jr. Called and left message and emailed too without reply.

I had ordered 10 boxes of 40 rounds 7.62x39, the shipping was on time, however the box didn’t seem right. I had received instead 10 boxes of 20 .223. After constant calling and being told I would get a shipping label to return I never received Until 10 days later. The first day I was told 48 hours and then I was constantly told 72 hours after every future calls. On the 10th day I was told by the customer service that the order was mixed up with someone’s else’s, and instead of me returning and sending me the right order, they had me and the guy who’s order mine got mixed up with send to each other. After being told we wouldn’t get each others addresses the label I received had his address which means he had mine. I also had to rely on someone who didn’t work with outdoor limited to ship my order to me, plus my stuff was in someone else’s hands, which makes me worried about my items (specifically it being ammo). All the ammo packages were torn and damaged and doesn’t contain the ammo well. I can say I will never buy from outdoor limited again. Horrible experience
