“you jacked up the prices of ammunition because you know it’s scarcity. so i paid $50 and $60 for ammo that costs $22. i won’t buy from you any more.”

“I get the wrong order and instead of fixing it immediately you email and say its going to take 6-10 business days. Its been a nighmare of an experience from length of time to process orders, your site not working and now i have to wait to shio your mistake back to wait to maybe get my order if it's in stock. Its pathetic.”

“SECOND REQUEST!! SHIPPED Order #1156744 1 product totaling $96.05 ORDER PLACED Jan 15th 2021 LAST UPDATE Jan 16th 2021 NEVER RECIEVED! I am local 27410 Greensboro, NC I sent a response to you on 02/02/2021 explaining that I have never received my order refer above. In that response, I gave you five days to rectify this situation nor you have contacted me. At this time I am ordering USAA to issue a charge back to Outdoor Unlimited for $96.05. Richard C. “I don't like writing negative reviews especially now with shortages of ammo and guns. This was my first purchase with this company. The ordering process was easy and quick, but it took over two weeks to get my order and it ended up being all wrong. It took another 5 days after reporting the problem for the company to send return authorization. Then to add insult to injury, they couldn't send me what I had originally ordered and I would have to reorder when it was back in stock. The price of the ammo was not low by comparison to other companies, but at the time I needed the ammo and I'm still in need.... So no, they get a zero and no return customer.”

“I ordered and paid for 200 rounds of 5.56 and received 20 rounds. I gilded out there online form and I am still waiting to here what they are going to do. Hopefully they make this right. Meanwhile I’m out $230 for 20 rounds of ammo!”

“Ammo was overpriced, which typical right now. not even good quality ammo. I tried to cancel order within 24 hours, was told I couldn't according to their guidelines. Their guidelines say you can't, then tell you that you can within the same paragraph. Another section under FAQ's says you can call and do it. No one answers the phones anymore so you have to try by email. When I pointed this out and quoted their own guidelines directly, I was told a supervisor said I couldn't cancel. Then it took them a couple of weeks to process and ship. Summary: overpriced, conflicting policies, lack of customer service, slow processing/shipping. Never again.”

“All of 300 rounds were scrattered through tour package and boxes for the bullets we’re all damp and ripped open. Spoke to customer service and they said they didn’t ship it like that and took none of the responsibilities of running a business. Will never buy from outdoor unlimited again. Very poor customer service and quality control.”

“My first order and it was wrong. Only received half of my order and was still charged for the full price. I ordered 4 of the 100 round value packs (400 rounds total) and only received 4 boxes of 50 rounds (200 rounds total). Not sure if this will be resolved. Either complete the order or refund what you did not send. I don't like being out $150.”
