Ordered 30.06 Ammo, received 357 Sig. Slow shipping with a slow investigation time to figure out what will be done.

Not a great experience ordering ammo through these guys. When I ordered it, it told me I could expect the ammo to ship within 2 days of the order. It took 11. It got shipped and then a week later, when it was supposed to be delivered, FedEx conveniently misplaced my package. When speaking with Outdoor Ltd and FedEx, they want to take 15 business days to investigate. If the package isn’t found within that timeframe, they’ll refund me. After which, I can then make another order with them and expect the same experience with shipping as before, except maybe this time FedEx won’t “misplace it.” To compare this situation to another - I ordered some other ammo of the same caliber literally a week after I ordered through Outdoor, it shipped the day after ordering it and was on my doorstep 2 days after that. Thanks UPS. So, Outdoor may be a good company. I don’t like blaming these guys for my unfortunate luck with FedEx - but they need to step it up with their shipping time and maybe pick a new company to ship your packages. FedEx is notorious for this kind of thing. I’ll give these guys a second chance on my second order of ammo once this “investigation” ends. Hoping they come through for me though....

My order was correct and nothing wrong w the product. The price on the other hand was AWFUL! I paid 63 dollars for 50 rounds. That’s about a 500pct markup. Although the current state of the world calls for “inflation” I would assume premium pricing on sub par ammo would have beyond premium shipping. From order to delivery it was over 3 weeks. Beyond pathetic when the shipping time is 3 days max...spend some of those profits on employees and run your production a little tighter. Nutshell-price gauging and a completely backwards, extremely slow Order to delivery time frame

I was not satisfied with my experience with outdoor unlimited. I was asked to provide additional information after purchasing my product due to my location. It made me feel racially profiled and like a thief. I would have preferred if they waited a couple extra day before shipping my product to make sure that my payment processed and not said anything to me at all. Instead I was threatened with order cancellation if I didn’t provide additional proof of my identity. I’m. sure that whoever is reading this will probably just shrug their shoulders, say that’s the policy, and continue to make additional request of customers from urban locations. Just so you know, I’ll never be one of those customers again.

I received the wrong caliber and waited 4 weeks to get the order to my house. I have usually had good service but not this order.

I received a box with my name on it and opened it to discover that a had someone else’s order and packing slip. I tried calling and leaving voicemails to report still haven’t got a call back .

I ordered over $1200 of rounds and two 50 round boxes were short 15 bullets. Customer service FAILED to resolve issue. Avoid them. TERRIBLE

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with online. With A 7 to 10 day processing wait. I attempted to cancel order after finding this out. Ignored until 9th day and was told it was too late order was processed. Will not order anything else from here

I did not have a good experience with a customer service issue, and I found Outdoor Limited's response to be impersonal, uncaring, and dismissive. My first purchase and based on my experience, they are not the type of company I would likely do business with again.
