“Ridiculous that a customer receives a $500 order without a potential "fraud" check but when a $2,000 order is placed potential fraud becomes a concern and additional information is required to validate the order. If fraud is that big of a concern why is a validation step not added a checkout? Honestly when the shipping address and CC billing address are a match I'm not sure why the order is considered fraudulent. Bottom line you lost a customer.”

“Ordered and realized I was way over charged. Called to cancel the order and was told I can’t cancel because warehouse and office are not at the same location. Couldn’t a phone call to warehouse work??”

“There is something wrong with your website....I clicked on 38 specials and I received something totally different....No....didnt think to look at the receipt....just assumed it was what I ordered.... I cant use these bullets and dont know anyone that has a gun they will fit...”

“Very bad!!! All ammo was packaged previously being wet and was corroded. Ammo boxes were falling apart from being wet. Outside box was dry and had no water damage. This was shipped like this.”

“Tried to cancel one of two orders before items had shipped and Outdoor Limited told me no cancellations. Even before shipping Very bad customer service Shipping on first order was very slow about two-two and half weeks”

“Very displeased with this company ! Placed a 1700.00 order paid for it was told after 3 weeks that my order had been cancelled . Said that in the fine print somewhere that they had the rite to do it because of orders over 1000 .Don't waste your membership money . Very rude customer service ! Last email I was told sorry we're handling alot of emails .Good luck more or less reorder . Thanks Steve”
