“The product arrived in excellent condition as promised. Ease of ordering was typical for online purchases and the time the article was in the possession of FedEx was typical. The reason for only a 3-star rating is two-fold. First, the item was advertised as "in stock." However, it took 16 days from order receipt to order shipped. I understand the lag-time created by the virus, but 16 days is still too long to ship something that's in stock. Evidence of this charge is that I ordered an additional item that was advertised as "in stock," and it shipped the day following the date order was placed. When it takes this long it implies, at least to me, that the item was not in stock and either was on backorder or was ordered from the supplier after my order was placed. The second reason is that my credit card was charged on the day I placed the order and not on the day it shipped. That's acceptable when the overall time frame is shorter. However, once again, putting a charge through on a credit card, in addition to an extra-long time to ship implies that the company is cash-flowing their business on prepaid items that are not transferred in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this practice affects my basis for credit rating and costs me additional dollars in interest. Hopefully, in the future, these concerns will be addressed by the company.”

“Shipping was quick, but I ordered 124 grain Fiocchi, and got 115 grain instead. My pistol has a reputation for being sensitive to 115 grain ammo, but it shot every round without a problem, so in my case it was actually a happy accident because now I'll probably buy more 115 grain in the future. Still, I can't give more than 3 stars considering I didn't get the product I ordered.”

“Shipping took. Little longer then expected but definitely was acceptable with everything going on. Ammo was definitely substantially older then expected and had it been disclosed in the description I definitely would have passed on this. Would do business with them again just hoping for more upfront descriptions of the products.”

“I ordered 4 boxes of 9mm ammo and 3 of the 4 boxes look like they had seen better days as they were ripped and open with half of one of the boxes emptying into the shipping box with loose rounds rolling around. I have ordered a lot from this website and I know they are super busy but its a bummer to get your order in that condition.”

“Only purchased because I got a new gun and needed some ammo. The price was expensive. Joining a club to get free shipping is also a crock. glad i got little ammo but probably won't buy from again.”
