“$150 for 115 rounds was a bit pricey but with the ammo shortage and inflation on prices..my ammo was delivered with 14 days.”

“Seemed to take a long time to receive my order. One box of ammo was open and spilled completely in the shipping box. Not much packing either. I'll order from you again but please take care of these issues.”

“I understand that availability of ammo is not great these days, but the tracking information was misleading. I got a notice saying the merchandise had been shipped, when in fact, it had not. Only the shipping label had been created. The merchandise did not actually ship until several days later. You can't tell people not to contact you about order status because you are doing the best you can, and then provide status information that is misleading or outright false. That said, at least I was able to receive my ammo order. Glad your company can provide it - thank you.”

“It’s amazing that you have Ammo for fair price during these hard times. However it’s insane to pay high shipping rates if it’s gonna take a few weeks to arrive. I don’t mind paying top dollar for shipping but have a little speed with it. 1 week just to process the order then took another 6 days to ship and receive.”

“With ammo being in short supply I used OL to purchase .22LR. To be fair the website mentions that it may take 5 to 7 days to ship. After about 4 days I found ammo locally for a much better price and tried to call the customer service phone number and that was not answered. Then sent an email the following day to request them to cancel my order. No answer to email either, but the following day I logged back in to the website and found that they shipped it that day. So as far as the 3 stars - the ammo arrived, which is why I gave a review of 3 stars. But I wouldn't make another purchase from OL due to poor customer service.”
