“Instead of offering me a different brand, they just cancelled my order. I wanted 22 bullets for my pistol. I think this is very poor customer service.”

“I’m a new gun owner and was recommended this site by someone, tried to reach out to ask questions about the ammunition got a recording so to my excitement I ordered 9 boxes of the wrong 9mm ammo now I’m stuck with and have no use for cost 211.00 I will never order from outdoor limited ever!”

“Didn't receive product I payed for. Was told it was delivered. Only to be told "well the shipping company lost the package". Ordered ammo 2 months ahead for gun season now may not even get my money back before the season opens.”

“Outdoor Limited lost my order after my credit card was billed. They said the shipment may have gotten lost but FedEx showed the shipping info was sent to FedEx but the package was never delivered to FedEx. Hmmmm, a cluster”

“I HAVE NOTE RECEIVED THE AMMO YET. IT HAS BEEN SITTING AT SAME LOCATION IN CHESAPEAKE, VA FOR OVER 2 WEEKS THIS SUCKS!!! FEDEX IS NO HELP...PLEASE HELP”

“I ordered 7 boxes of 7.62x39 and instead received 4 boxes of .223. Had to send the .223 back and am still waiting on my refund because they didn't fullfil my order. Even the slip in the box said what was supposed to be in it but didn't match the contents. Very poor service.”

“Do not order from them. Your order will say shipped but not be sent out. Their system does not differentiate between instore pick up and mailed. I adjusted our order address and was told rhe delivery person would be advised. It sat.at the store address unsent for 2 weeks.”

“Transaction cancelled due to outdoor limited Policy of requiring firearm ID (FID) even though it is not required by NJ state law. Very disappointed. How can I exercise my Constitutional 2nd Amendment rights if you deny me 12 gauge ammo When there is no law against it in my state. Your Company is part of the problem.”
