“Sent me a different brand of ammo and round point instead of hollow point. When I let them know, they said they mixed up the order, but couldn't send the correct item because it was out of stock. It's only speculation, but I think they figured I'd just keep it....NOT! At least I was able to send it back for a refund. Pretty sure I'm done with these guys.”

“Terrible company. I ordered 5.56 and they sent me .32 auto. I get that they are busy rn but the excuses I got were unacceptable. He basically said the new people they hired suck at their jobs. So naturally I will never do business with this company again. Still waiting on my refund for the order I sent back a week ago btw...”

“Wrong product was shipped, when I notified them of the problem the product I ordered was no longer in stock. I returned the incorrect product, they received it on October 13 but I still have not received my refund.”

“Outdoor Limited marked it as shipped. After 2 weeks of not receiving it I called Fedex and they told me they never received the package. After another week and 2 unanswered phone calls and voice mails, my order was cancelled due to being out of stock.”

“They Lied to me and said they shipped my order when I asked them why my shipment wasn’t on time but it turns out they never did,turns out they oversold what I ordered and cancelled mine ,I found out over a week later when they emailed me that it was cancelled .it took me over a week to get a refund didn’t even offer a apology , discount or replacement product or dibs on the next shipment . Never wasting a dime at this business again .”

“Day after I placed order I realized I had ordered 12 gauge shells instead of 20 gauge. I emailed customer service and asked to change order and was told no changes could be made after order was placed. I emailed back and stated my displeasure with your companies inability to try and correct my mistake. No one replied and obviously you do not care about even trying to satisfy the customer. Very bad way of doing business. I will tell anyone I can not to do business with your company because of you lack of concern for the customer.”

“I became a buyer's club member several months ago, expecting to save money on shipping as I normally buy ammo frequently enough to make up for the initial cost of membership. Then this Covid-19 nonsense began and Outdoor Limited became very limited indeed. First I requested that my membership be suspended until stock normalized. That request was denied. So I signed up to receive email notifications for each product across the numerous calibers I need, a tedious process requiring that I input my email address for each and every individual product, hoping to get some use out of the free shipping I paid $80 for. Well, I've gotten a few email alerts, and what I find is absolutely despicable. I thought Cheaper Than Dirt was bad, but Outdoor Limited is engaging in the most abhorrent price gouging I have ever seen. Just now I was alerted that Precision One 9mm remanufactured ammunition was back in stock. Indeed it was, and even though when I requested the alerts it was priced somewhere around $0.20 per round, these unethical, profiteering bastards have the nerve to charge EIGHTY CENTS PER ROUND!! FOR REMAN GARBAGE AMMO!! Sleep well, you opportunistic bastards, and comfort yourself to sleep knowing you so cleverly were able to squeeze every last penny out of the ongoing deconstruction of this once-great nation. You will one day beg forgiveness for the role that you played, and forgiveness will be denied as you are reminded of the conscious will by which you have transgressed against that which you knew was right and honorable.”
