“Told me they were in stock, then told me they would be shipping asap, then told me i wouldn't get them till Nov?????? seems no one paying attention or someone not keeping up with thier inventory”

“Shipping box arrived undamaged but the ammo boxes and rails were crushed inside with 20+ rounds of ammo rolling around inside shipping box Now have loose ammo sitting around”

“Although I am an experienced gun owner, and even though I searched for 9mm Luger somehow their website directed me to the wrong cartridge (30 Luger) and I inadvertently ordered the wrong ammunition and they wouldn’t let me exchange it. I even agreed to pay for shipping! Poor customer service!!!”

“They sent me the wrong item. Then they were out of what ordered. I had to drive to a fedex place to return the wrong item they sent me. Then, a week after the returned item was delivered to them, they still hadn’t refunded my money.”

“The 223 ammo you sent me has a bullet in it that is longer then regular. 223. I can not load it in standard magazines. Wish this was explained in the details before I bought ammo I can't use. Now what pay extra shipping to semd it back? Disappointing”
