“As was clearly stated in my early e-mail; my order# 904206 called for 2bx SB9B Sellier & Beloit 124 gr, FMJ, 50rds at 39.99 ea for a total, of 79.98 and after taxes and shipping; $100.16. I received; much to my chagrin; 2bx Sellier & Beloit 5,56x45, 55gr, item# M193. I emailed my complaint and was told to wait till the 23 of Sept. and if I hadn't heard from someone; she might be able to help. Tomorrow is the 23rd and I fully intend to return the email and do my part to follow-up. I've heard nothing from your end. In summary; I have $100.00 invested in useless ammo that I didn't ask for and no ammo that I paid for and need. Simple solution: send me a prepaid return label and send me the product that I ordered. I expect someone there has the will and ability to rectify the situation. I expect it will be properly handled very expeditiously.”

“On this purchase I have to rate as very bad. I ordered the ammo with a high number on the remaining boxes that were available. I then received a email stating my order had shipped. All was still good until I received the third email stating my order was canceled due to over selling that ammo. The rest of my order over the last year have been good.”

“Paid for my order 3 weeks ago, and nothing has been shipped yet. Paid $10 for "rush processing", lot of good that did. Now I am being asked to write a review for my order? What rating do you expect? My suggestion is to go elsewhere.”

“Ordered the ammo. Instantly room the $ out of my account. Waited about 2 weeks to get tracking info. A week later ended up getting a email saying my order was cancelled. I know everyone's buying it up That's 3 weeks of hopes and let's be honest who couldn't use an extra 225 I. Their account. I legitimately feel cheated”

“My order was determined by fed ex to be damaged and undeliverable and was shipped back. I was told I had to re order of which my items were unavailable. So I’m just out of luck.”

“Outdoor Limited sent me the wrong ammo! I received 100 rounds of 9MM ammo instead of the 400 rounds of Hornady 6.5 Creedmoor VLD! Big difference in cost! (several hundred!) I have only received one response about this in an email! No call backs from my messages left! So now my money is tied up waiting on their super slow customer service! I can tell this is probably going to turn into one big hassle!!! Beware of ordering from these people!!”

“Very disappointing. I understand that order volume is high and inventory is limited but your site advertises Live inventory, fast shipping, and great service. It took 16 days to notify me that my order was cancelled. Furthermore part of my order is in stock. Why was the in-stock portion of my order not shipped? Or why wasn't a substitution offered? Instead, my entire order was cancelled after 16 days. I reached out to customer service requesting that the part of my order that is in stock be fulfilled and that the other portion of my order be substituted but my communication has been ignored by outdoor limited. Very disappointing and poor experience.”

“Horrible experience! I ordered 2 boxes and only got one. I had to contact them to find out what went wrong. It took almost a week to get a resolution. All they did was refund the amount for the box. They didn't offer a replacement. Just told me they were out of stock. They didn't refund the amount for shipping. So now if I want another box, I have to pay for shipping again. Never got a response from customer service about that complaint. Very disappointed!”
