“I placed my order, they said to not bother them because they were way behind.....the order would come when it came. I was OK with that. Then I got their email saying that the order was being shipped, complete with the arrival date of my order. I was very OK with that. Then I received another email from them, stating something about the pandemic and they were not able to keep up with their inventory nor their suppliers, and that they didn’t have any left in stock. (Of the same item they had already told me had been shipped). Obviously, I was not at all happy with that. They did return my money. I was Ok with that, but I would have preferred my order.”

“Order arrived poorly packed. Match ammo was spilled out of boxes. Waxy coating now covered in cardboard fibers from packing. I contacted customer service and requested replacement ammo. Got a quick email that said “sorry” and how this was unacceptable and a claim was filed for me and now... “ crickets”. Not impressed with the response of this company.”

“Your normally a good site but you cancelled my order an hour after I put it in and then doubled the price and put it back up on the website. This was not good business. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered bullets, not loaded ammunition. Well they said they needed my FOID card. I sent them the section of the FOID law that said bullets are not ammunition. They cancelled my order anyway. Certainly no way to do business.”

“The box that the bullets was stapled together to keep it from falling apart the bullets were horrible they looked unsafe to shoot they were so corroded would not Order this again the single 15 rounds ever again horrible product even when considering they were military surplus”
