“I made an order for 2 cases (300 rds each) of Ethiopian 8mm mauser. It was a week late and all too corroded to be used. I dont think I can shoot any of it as it sits.”

“Placed an order for various 22LR ammo in different brands and specs, all in 50 round counts. After about a week of not hearing anything I wrote and they said it was taking 7-10 days, and that they'd be shipping my order. On day 12 I wrote and they said it was taking a bit longer. On day 14 I was sent an email saying they had to cancel all orders in their system and that they were sorry. It was a fiasco, and I was billed, and then refunded. All in all, a terrible 20 day long experience where I DID NOT end up with ANY ammo. Super disappointed.”

“Had order ammo. Site said 7-10 days before shipping. Hadn’t even got an update of what was going on by the 11th day. Then I asked to cancel, because I’m not waiting 3 weeks to ship something, and the customer service woman made me feel like a jerk for canceling my order. You guys need to do better”

“**BEWARE SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE **Placed a order for ammo knowing that it could be delay up to 10 days. On the 12th day they decided to refund my order at 4:58 pm est on a friday(they close at 5pm est) . I found out via email. So I called them on Monday wondering what the issue was. A simple hey we cant deliver to your area at this time would have been ok with me. They did not pick up the phone. Their voicemail promise to return your phone call within 24 hr ...............but they never did. I called for a couple days straight with no answer.”

“The website listed ammo in stock so I order it. I waited 2 weeks before contacting the company about my order only to be told there was a mistake and part of my order was unavailable so they canceled the whole order. Unbelievable.”

“I paid for 1k rounds and only received 400 rounds. I didn’t receive any heads up or notice of any kind this was happening. I found out by the sight of how small and light of a box showed up. Oh and then I didn’t receive my refund for weeks”

“Ordered. Waited. Website stated don’t call don’t email or it delays orders. After 14 days sent email, they responded saying they don’t have the order in stock, even when it was clearly stated they had the item. Waited another week for a refund.”

“Ordered ammo. They took money the same day. Nothing for 10 days. Sent email and received reply that it was packed, qc'd and being shipped. Two hours later got an email saything that the order had been cancelled due to a shipment not being received. No received, but the qc was done and awaiting shipment? Doh! Either really badly managed or running a ponzi scheme on the money that they take and drop in mm account. Stay away, very far away!”
