“Said 7-10 days to fulfill. I was ok with that. On day 19, they cancelled the order. I still don't know why. They refunded my credit card charge just fine.”

“Took 3 weeks to figure out they were out of stock. Refund given but shouldn’t of accepted the order if the stock was out... I also could’ve purchased elsewhere and had the ammo by now.”

“I ordered 7 boxes almost 100 in 223 the shipment tracking said it was in my city waiting to be dropped off. after being 2 weeks later than originally told, the day before it was supposed to come it was cancelled. To be honest with how poorly it was handled (all through automated emails) for a while thought this was a scam. Never buying here again, pretty someone else got my ammo.”

“You sold me shells sent me an email saying they had shipped then three days later send another one saying you didn't have the shells to sell. So not sure how yall sold and shipped shells you didn't have 20 boxes of shells.”

“It right the ammo and tried to put it in my k98 and it would not fire. I got two out of a pack of fifteen to fire. Would not recommend.”

“I placed my order on July 26, card was billed next day. I didn't receive any updates till I emailed 10 days later. I was told "website states wait 7-10 days" and my order updated just a few min later. It sat "waiting for UPS" for several days and finally shipped. Of the 6 items ordered 2 were wrong, I reported and sent in pictures and info I was asked to send. Only response I have gotten is "allow 10 days for investigation". What ya'll doing solving crimes of the century.”

“When I selected the item I wanted, it stated that it was in stock, after my order was placed and my credit card was charged I got an expected delivery date, a few days later it changed to delivery pending then a week later delivery was canceled, when I called for an explanation I was told that item was over sold and thats why it was canceled, now I have to wait 7-10 days for my refund, so now I have to pay iintrest on a purchase I won't receive, this was the first time ordering from you and will be the last, very disappointed”

“I put in an order contingent on having the 2 products on the order shipped to me. 1 arrived in time, and the other was never delivered. Nor was it refunded. I am out $40.00+ for a product I never received. The support staff were nice, but gave me a 10 day window that they would take to address the issue, and give a refund. The refund never happened, and today is day 11. I paid for the expedited shipping, over-box fee, and the package insurance. None of the 3 helped with my scenario. The 2nd product was on the packing label, but was never included in the box. At this point I don't want any of the order. I understand mistakes happen, but I do feel aggravated that the issue still hasn't been addressed.”

“They are selling this bullet saying that is compatible with 9mm pistol and is not! I got jammed with me SIG P365 and P320. They won’t let us return it or exchange for other bullets. Don’t buy this bullets.”

“I bought two boxes of what was supposed to be 9mm ammo an it is not 9mm ammo the boxes say 9mm but they do not fit in ANY of my 9mm they look more like a 380 round not a 9mm an outdoor limited won't fix it . I just wasted $50. I'm very unsatisfied an disappointed I'll never use them again and definitely won't recommend.”

“This has to be the worst ammunition purchase I've made online the boxes are totally torn up there were 23 shells in one box you can tell by looking at it the shells were not originally put in those boxes somebody repackaged shells from another box I've always had the shells staggered in the Box these were not they were probably dropped at one time and then picked up and just thrown into ripped up boxes that you are reply when I first got them to tell you the situation on them but you never got back with me Pat”
