“Ordered 500 rounds of 7.62x39 but was shipped 7.62x54R. I filed a complaint, but have still yet to hear back from them”

“I never received the shipment that OL has asked me to review. It was "lost" at the Fedex facility in NC where it first goes first from OL. Neither Fedex or OL notified me of this and I had to dig it out of Fedex after their tracking showed it was at that location for 8-10 days. Fedex finally admitted they "lost" it, I think it was stolen. They were supposed to get back to me in 24-48hrs with reimbursement method but it's been 3 plus days and nothing. I sent a message to OL and got no response. Not satisfied. My previous order from OL was shorted 2 boxes of ammo, suspicious. OL did reimburse me for the short but I think there is a serious problem now with ammo shipment theft.”

“I received the wrong products from OL. I ordered .38 special ammo and anxiously awaited its arrival so that I could get back on the range. Instead, I received .20 gauge shotgun slugs. I have a 12 gauge, but not a 20 gauge so I have can even use those. I am waiting to see if I get the correct ammo.”

“Over a week later and I am still waiting for a refund for 2 boxes of 12 gauge ammo that were not shipped but I was charged for. They could have investigated it themselves by checking the shipped weight against what the 3 boxes actually shipped in the order weighed. I would obviously never shop here again.”

“My order was for Fiocchi .38 special FMJ, 2 boxes 50 rounds each. I received Fiocchi 12 gauge 00 shot gun shells. The packing list stated the .38 special, FMJ, Fiocchi, 2 boxes 50 rounds each and they still sent 12 gauge 00 shot gun shells. I sent in the form and pictures on Aug 19th and the message I received said it will take 10 business days to investigate and correct. It's been 7 business days so far. I expect the see something by Sep 2nd.”

“Shipping was expensive and outright sucked. I ordered a SINGLE BOX of ammunition. And it took two weeks to ship it. Why am I going to pay for expedited shipping and it still takes two weeks to ship??? Didn't have a chance to test the ammo yet, but I'm sure it will be better than OutdoorLimited's shipping. Won't be shopping here, ever again.”

“This was my first ammo order from this company. The ammo I received was defective and consistently jammed my pistol. Instead of standing behind their product and reimbursing me, they referred me to the ammo company's representative. If Amazon, or any other web-based company did this, they would not stay in business long. Beware. This company will not stand behind its product.”

“Item listed in stock with over 1k available. Placed order, received confirmation, 8 days later received a shipping notice with tracking number, 7 days later recieved a cancelation notice, and informed it will take 7-14 days for a refund.”

“After their exchange policies were not clear they refuse to exchange items that were ordered incorrectly. WARNING THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVEN. They would rather lose more buisness then keep it in house and excnage it.”

“Are you kidding me? What a fiasco! I ordered and paid for the ammo. I received an email stating the product would arrive at a certain day/time and that I would need to sign for it. I waited at home all day but during the evening I received another email stating it was delayed until the next day. The same thing happened again only in that evening I received a message stating the ordered was cancelled. I got a refund but wasted 2 whole days. I am very unhappy with the experience!”

“Ordered 8/6/20. Got tracking # and order said shipped on 8/14/20. Tracking said package was in my town few days later then all tracking info disappeared after that. Finally this week On 8/24/20 I get email saying order canceled. That they over sold the product and cancelled my order. Don’t think I will be doing business with Outdoor Limited again.”

“Made my order and found out 2-3 weeks later they oversold. I received an email saying my product was shipping ( 2 weeks later) and when I would click on the tracking number it was saying awaiting shipment information. I waited about 2-3 days before I emailed for a status update and was told the shipper lost it. Fast forward 3 days I get another email saying they oversold do to a computer issue.”

“Purchased Armscor 9 mm fmj from outdoor limited without shopping around figuring they had competitive pricing. Payed $.60 per round. I found some Winchester fmj on the shelf at Sportsman’s Warehouse in Williston, ND where I live for $.32 per round. No return or cancellation of my order. That’s one way to pay for your buyer’s club free shipping! Whata farce! Shame on me for not researching.”
