“I buy 3 boxes of 9mm and instead of letting me know they were out of stock of one item they canceled my entire order and left me with no ammo in a time of a shortage. But it wasnt till I reached oit and asked about my order that I was emailed Notifying me that my order had shipped and it never reaching ups because there was no order that they were shipping.”

“After waiting 6 weeks to receive my ammo that was said to be in stock when I ordered, was canceled. I didn't receive a cancelation email. Very poor service.”

“Wasnt impressed at all... when i ordered these ( my brother as well 750 rounds ) it didnt show 9mm Makarov and no returns?? pretty aggravated to be stuck w 500 rounds and cant use!!!!!!”

“This ammo arrived very poorly packaged and most of the individual packages were busted open and scatter loose in the main box (I paid extra for over box packaging). The 1000 round box was short 7 rounds.”

“I bought 1000 rounds of this 9mm ammo, every round I've tried the casings are all over sized and jam half way into the chamber. Useless ammo!!!!!!!!”

“Very poor. Ordered FOUR TA919150 Tula 9mm ammunition 115 Grain Full Metal Jacket 50 rounds. Missing 3 boxes or 150 rounds. I filled out forms, called, emailed. Your company has done nothing to satisfy my complaint. Where are my 150 missing rounds. I’d give you ZERO stars if possible!”
