“I received 1000 rounds of the wrong ammo, and have not heard back yet. I completed the return on July 22, and have received no correspondence.”

“Since you’re sending me this email asking for my review I’m going to give you one star. I have yet to receive my order, Let alone an update, and I have been very patient and have not called or emailed as you have posted not to as it will delay orders and shipment....I placed my order on July 15, it is now August 4. I would like to know where my order is!”

“(Illinois resident) First ever time ordering ammo from here and they did not even bother to verify Illinois FOID. Just shipped the ammo. Yikes! While I myself know I can legally buy, Outdoor Limited reminds me of the shady gas station in town that sells cigarettes to high schoolers. I won't be buying from here again. They are undermining what most pro 2A people are fighting for.”

“They shipped me someone else's order and I still have yet to receive my order or been informed by Outdoor Limited on a solution to their error. Very poor customer service follow up. Not impressed!”

“I cannot review yet since my order 837754 is incorrect and still waiting for the shipping manager to resolve my issue. My credit card has been billed and I have incorrect less expensive ammo and no resolution. Please advise, thank you.”

“Was browsing the not so user friendly web page....I made a selection and immediately realized I clicked on the wrong bullets.....within 5 minutes contacted the customer service department that was never available 7 days a week and texted one of the managers and left a email that I made a mistake since the items were not going to ship for 7-10 days. Outdoor unlimited still shipped and made me refuse the items with UPS of course minus the shipping and handling....Could have avoided all this waste of time,labor and my money if it would have been handled differently.Ammo seeker got the same review.”

“I ordered 5 clips from this company and they turned out to be the wrong ones so when I sent them back this company not only costed me the shipping on the return they decided to keep an additional $30 of my money. Don't do business with these people they are crooks!”

“Packaging was unbelievably poorly done with ammo boxes torn open loose rounds 9 bullets shoved into cases just very unacceptable. Filled out a complaint with photos and still nothing”

“Ordered 220 rounds of 300 AAC and received 150 rounds of .223/556 instead. I have tried to get Outdoor Limited to tell me how to get the wrong ammo back to them and how they are going to get me the 300AAC that I ordered, but they have told me they are so backlogged that they can't tell me how or when.”

“got order that product was in stock then billed credit card and sent invoice that shipment would delayed for 10days called to cancel order then one hour later shipping label was created and was told that they could not cancel order that it was shipped Poor business practice will let social media deal with this Thanks”
