“The worst company I have ever dealt with concerning auto parts. I have owned over 100 cars and they are horrible. No communication on back ordered items. I still haven’t received my full order and zero emails on status”

“Sent the wrong ammo. I ordered 1000 rounds of .223 and was sent 1000 of 9mm. Contacted the company and was ask to send them what I received. Never heard back.”

“The product was falsely advertised. The ammo will not work with 9 mm guns only a macrov weopon. I have called your company and no response. I was attending my gun club meeting and discovered your ammo jams in the barrels. My number is 206 228-0927 Marshall jones”

“Unfortunately I can't give a positive rating for this purchase. Purchased two boxes of ammunition and immediately asked to cancel the order. Was told that once you place the order there is nothing they can do. #1 Unacceptable. When the order arrived the boxes were filled with shell packing - sand like material inn this brand of shell. All of the shells were covered with it and they couldn't be used in my shotgun. I also found other reviews of this round stating a similar issue. Outdoor Limited would not take ownership of the issue and referred me to Remington to resolve the issue on my own. At the least they could have helped facilitate the return and replacement to Remington. As of now, I have two boxes of unusable rounds and no response from Remington. Will not purchase from Outdoor Limited again.”

“All 3 boxes of bullets came shattered. Bullets were all in bottom of the box. I was shorted 5 bullets. Packaging was a joke, just little pieces of cardboard to hold everything in place . I didn't even bother to complain, I just won't order again.”

“Recieved most of my order. The cardboard ammo boxes inside the shipping box were destroyed and wet.Several rounds fell out of the package along the way. Been several weeks since delivery and still nothing from customer service. Twice I contacted them and they say" wait and we will get back to you" Been 2 weeks since I last heard from them”

“Prices and selection seemed good so I ordered up a few thousand rounds. When the box came, I lifted it and thought, wait I didn’t order loose ammo! Upon opening the box, they didn’t use any sort of packing material, at all. So needless to say all my ammo was loose at the bottom while the boxes they were supposed to be in were floating on top. Wouldn’t be as big a deal but I ordered multiple calibers.”

“Can't give you a good rating, I ordered 9 mm plus p didn't realize my gun did not shoot plus p, wanted to make an exchange for regular 9 mm it was too much trouble for you to do wasted $55.”
