“NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM OUTDOOR LIMITED AGAIN! I returned MAGS which didn't fit purchased for $65 Outdoor Limited mistakenly credited my card $55. When I questioned the difference I was told that they subtracted the postage however I paid the postage not them. I was told a ridiculous excuse that you couldn't credit my card twice so no refund but a partial store credit? Wow you need a new accounting system! I'm no longer a customer take me off your mailing list!”

“Ordered and paid online, was contacred days later buy someone wanting a copy of my license or other forms of id. I refused and cancelled the order. I have no idea why this would require them wanting id after the order was taken my card was charged. Sounded pretty strange to me.”

“Shipped my ammo to some random guy in SLC and I’m in Oregon. Terrible communication and no compensation for shipping 4 boxes of ammo to random stranger with my address, email address, and phone number. Luckily random guy was honest and willing to reship my items!!!”

“It’s pretty frustrating when you purchase a product and then three days later told that they sold too much of the product and you’re being offered a refund. It’s funny to me how the money come straight out of my account for the purchase but takes seven days to be refunded”

“Placed this order but only came with 50 round box. I ordered three boxes. I filled out a complaint for investigation of the missing ammo weeks ago. I haven’t heard anything back. If this is the way they do business, I won’t be using them again unfortunately.”

“7 days late now. Fed Ex has been contacting them with no return calls. Outdoor gave them the wrong address even though my ticket has the correct address. Have had to cancel 3 canoe outings because I need the seat for my bad back.”

“Had to return product shipped was not useable. They did give me the number for who to contact for returns.... wasn't Outdoor Limited. Had to return to manufacturer! Will never buy from them again!!!”

“I was irate over bad communication. The order that I needed for a class should have made it but was delayed for info that wasn't requested upon payment. I was possed and some rep found it best to just cancel my order. My business is small but its mine and I paid money to your company. Yes it was refunded”

“The ammo got to me with no issues however the ammo itself is no good at all. I tried firing the 9mm ammo out 3 different guns all guns jammed immediately and would not fire. The rounds won't cycle and or fire.I spent around $65 on 200 rounds for what I thought was a great deal only to be extremely let down. I have all rounds and none of the boxes they came in do to damage from rain when delivered.”

“Didn't get my order, they sold to many and had to return my order. I didn't get a notification until a week after ordered. I will not recommend them nor will I order again from them.”

“Ups said my package was delivered, but I never received it. I have a claim in but it’s been over 8 days and still have not heard anything yet. There fore I will never have a package delivered by ups if I can help it!”
