After confirming my shipping and billing address and being told that my purchase is being sent to the shipping department (and receiving a tracking confirmation and number), my order was canceled due to an apparent system error. Very dissatisfied.

Wrong ammo for my 9mm. I called And no answer even thou I left a message I have 1000 rounds f ammo that is useless to me

Shipped the wrong ammo and now can't fix it because they are out of what I ordered originally. Now I have to ship back the wrong stuff and wait on a refund. Meanwhile I still need ammo!

I've waited 3 weeks for my package so far that said it would arrive after 1 week. I've made NUMEROUS calls to the company and have never gotten a reply. I will go out of my way to make sure people don't buy from here.

ordered ammo 21 days ago. Outdoorlimited says that FEDEX picked up my order. FedEx never scanned my order and it has not been delivered yet. Very disappointed in the how they handle their orders. How can a warehouse ship ammo and not have it scanned for tracking. Shows lack of supervision and accountability. Still waiting

The receipt showed I ordered 9mm rounds and they still somehow managed to send me ammo for a s&w 40 hand gun So I didn’t get what I paid for now probably waiting a month just to get my money back

Ordered it said shipped a week later I asked where it was you said lost then second reply was out of stock. Then third was just a refund nothing else. No help period

Placed a large order. Several boxes missing. Some came with just 15 rds, and random ammo in the bottom of the box. Looked like they stomped the ammo boxes.

Disappointed.......Ordered a case of 6.5 Grendel (only 6 boxes arrived in the carton instead of 10). Although I was refunded for the missing boxes...probably wont be ordering from OL again.

This company will not work with you if a problem should arise. They make you accept the shipment even if its wrong, when you return it they keep the shipping cost. I do recommend this company to my skeet and trap shooting friends.

Very Disappointed! I thought we were going to do good business but your company charged my card twice and then denied the fact and so this purchase never happened. They insisted that the owner said that never happened and the accountant. Really! Unless I can get an apology I won’t be doing business with this company . Mistakes happen but they wouldn’t admit that they made a mistake ☹️

Ordered 1000 rounds of 556. Got a box of 700 and a refund for the difference...but it was obvious they had the box of 1000 rounds to sell me as it said on the box, but shorted me for some reason. I guess someone more important needed those extra 300 rounds outa my box
