I placed my order June 6 and I still haven’t received it. I have tried calling multiple times and have not been able to speak with anyone. I emailed customer service for a refund and received an email back saying I had to wait another 10 days before I could get a refund! I have waited long enough. I still don’t have a refund or my package! This is unacceptable. I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I placed my order on June 7, 2020 and the item was stated to be in stock. My order status stated it was shipped on June 14, 2020. Tracking status still states ready to ship. Today is July 15, 2020.

Unfortunately Outdoor Limited does not accept returns. Accidentally ordered incorrect ammunition and upon receipt, immediately requested return for exchange (I’d happily pay shipping each way) but was dismissed to a boiler plate “No Returns” policy link.

Very disappointed with customer service. Made me pay return shipping when i had nothing to do with the return. Post office mistake. Never will order from this company again

Ordered 223 ammo from here at a great price, waited 3 weeks, was asked to confirm my foid card, confirmed it, got tracking info, a week later I was told my order was canceled because they oversold the ammo and didn’t have any in stock.... So it took about a month of waiting to have my order canceled due to their mistake. You would think they’d offer maybe a different brand or something similar for the same price since it was their mistake, but no. Just canceled the order. I’ll never do business with outdoor limited again.

The rounds bulged in the case which caused them to not be able to eject a live round when unloaded my carry gun

I purchased 2 orders within a few mins of each other and you were not smart enough to ship them together to save me some money on shipping. You just didn't care. I will not be back.

Apparently Somebody there is upset with me as a customer. This order and my last 2 orders have been cancelled (declined) while showing plenty of stock to full fill the order. I never did receive a refund for 3 missing boxes of ammo from first order. I had to do a request thru my credit card. I guess it was a waste to join the Buyers club for $80 to get free shipping. Since my orders aren't being honored, I guess I should do another request from the Credit Card.

I wanted to buy norma 9mm makarov but somehow the order had norma 380. When i came to pick the ammo up at your business I found the error before i left your parking spot. I wanted to trade out the 380 for 9 mm makarov (which was same price) but they would not do it - I was told I would have to return the entire order and reorder again at whatever the new price would be. Now the ammo I selected is not available and in kind is much more expensive during these trying times. I have done business with you several times in the past, but recently I bought from someone else. Do you want to keep an existing customer?

Waited 2 weeks to tell me that they couldn’t sell me ammunition because I didn’t have some kind of firearm card. I guess I’ll just use harsh language to keep the looters and anarchists at bay.

I never received my package and to add insult in injury was told that I had to wait 10 business days for my funds to be returned to me because that is the agreement with FedEx is that you allow them 10 days to research it or you won't be reimbursed I am at a loss as to how they monitor when you refund a customer for charges made to you however this is what I have been told for many days so I am Disgusted that not only did I not receive my package I have in essence loaded Outdoor 140.45 for three plus weeks as I have nothing to show for it. I asked what the investigative process included and never got an answer

They shipped me the wrong ammo so I got in contact with them and they insisted they sent me the right ammo I sent pictures of the Ammo I received and the ammo they had pictured on the website they said that it was the wrong picture they were using but yet I didn’t get a refund or a different kind of ammo I won’t be using this website anymore

Package never came. UPS said the package was open and empty when arrived. We have reached out to both UPS and Outdoor Limited. We are waiting in the investigation to be completed. Overall this is unfortunate, but wish we could have a faster resolution and responses.
